Scott Sack and Tuan Tran, owners and operators of F.A.T. TACOS, come from different backgrounds and different parts of the country. Both Scott and Chef Tuan have been fortunate to have been able to travel around the world and this country and experience many different flavors and cultural and ethnic cuisines from regions all over the world.
