This past weekend I had invited friends to my Miami home. I didn't want to have to worry about anything. I asked EverCook Miami to take care of the dinner for me. They were very responsive and in less than 72 hours a personal chef and a waiter were here. They prepared and organized my meal with friends.
It continues the tradition of the salons from the Belle Epoque, where important public figures, artists, writers and musicians were introduce to their friends in hopes of inspiring a flow of ideas and creativity for an enriched life. We had a last minute intimate dinner and were so blessed to find such a gem…Chef Vincent. He was attentive, timely and the food was phenomenally delicious!! Chef Vincent and his wife Ingrid were very easy to work with and super flexible with our menu requests and expectations. The food and service were both of high quality and I especially enjoyed the Wagyu entree and hamachi appetizer of our five course prix fixe. All our guests were happy and full by the end of the meal! Will be using them in the future!

Top notch service! I worked with Ingrid and Vincent to plan a special 40th birthday celebration with close friends. They were professional, timely and listened to all our requests. Vincent called to make sure he knew our interests and could make suggestions accordingly. After a few email exchanges I was beyond excited about the menu! Vincent even took the time to suggest wine pairings with our meal. We needed to postpone our celebration due to the current pandemic but Ingrid was very understanding of the situation and extremely responsive to all my questions. I would highly recommend EverCook

Chefs Vincent and Ingrid surpassed our expectations for our special night. They created a phenomenal 6 course meal for our private event that not only was delicious but also had a very personal touch with every course. Even prior to the night, they were very responsive to accommodate all our needs. I highly recommend them to add a special touch to your event. Couldn’t be happier with our Evercook experience. Very responsive and easy to work with throughout the planning process, Vincent and Ingrid delivered a 4-course dinner that surpassed our expectations in terms of creativity, deliciousness, and generosity. To top it off, they left our kitchen completely spotless. They take tremendous pride in their craft and were very open sharing their stories and answering our questions. All in all phenomenal value for our special occasion!

Chef Vincent and Ingrid are a fantastic team! The meals and service chef Vincent and Ingrid have prepared for my husband and I have been nothing short of four stars. Each experience has been a pleasure and we always feel like we have been transported to a world class restaurant when they cook for us. They are both the friendliest people and so fast and clean with our kitchen. Vincent cares so much about food — from where it is sourced, to its perfect presentation. Sometimes the meals look too beautiful to eat! Really, I cannot recommend Ever Cook Miami more. Bon apetit!

I had an outstanding experience with EverCook on two separate occasions….a buffet and a passed hors d’oeuvre cocktail party.
The food was delicious and exquisitely presented on each occasion. Service was impeccable, attentive without being obtrusive, and the kitchen was spotless afterwards. Ingrid and Vincent are a delight! They were simply a charming group of people providing an outstanding level of service that was a privilege to enjoy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
