Purchases are analyzed to maximize volume deliveries reducing fuel consumption and food waste. Minimize the use of paper by maximizing electronic mail and utilization of both sides for paper for printing.

I rarely write reviews but just wanted to highlight what absolute superstars Nathalie and her team are! They catered our wedding on January 2020 and it was the best kosher food I have ever tasted! We have attended a lot of weddings in Colombia, Israel and all over the US and were worried whether our guests would be well fed and happy. As a testament to how awesome her food is, we still have people telling us that Nathalie's food was phenomenal and a highlight of our wedding. If you are looking for sophisticated kosher food, look no further!

Wow! Just wow! I plan many catering functions for my company for open houses, location openings, etc... and Nathalie's is superior. One of the few times guests stop to seek me out and tell me how great the food is. Meeting Nathalie, she is so sweet, extremely calming, competent, and just makes you feel like you don't have to worry about anything. And trust me, you don't. They know what they're doing. Pricing is competative too. Once I used Nathalie's I stopped even putting myself through the trial and error of other companies. Great food, and amazing experience.

Natahlie's catering took care of every detail; all was perfectly executed, from starters to desserts. It was an event of over 200 people and to be honest the highlight of the night was the food.
It was a really pleasant experience to discover the exquisite flavors of their menu, it was a delightful treat to my palate; absolutely everything was excellent including the service.
And there were the desserts... a very refined and appealing selection; a reminiscence of the best patisseries of Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris. I couldn't resist to the temptation of trying most of them.

With some caterers, you run the risk of shoddy service, subpar food and a lack of preparedness -- and then these people are in your home/event space! It can be a traumatic experience for all involved. I'm pleased to report that the professional's at Nathalie's Catering are on top of things and they create delicious food.
