Since I can remember, my parents would cook dinner every night with music blissfully playing in the background. There isn't one night I can remember where this scenario didn't take place. It was our lifestyle. On the weekends we would have friends over for a feast cooked from the heart where we would laugh, dance, and fill our bellies with delicious home cooked food and red wine.
We offer Catering services for weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, company picnics, private gatherings and more. Mina's Catering creates memorable meals that people rave about for birthday celebrations, weddings and special events in the Miami Dade area. Each dish that leaves our kitchen is carefully curated with the freshest and most flavorful ingredients.
Customized to your needs, our boards are intricately assembled with cheese and charcuterie-based spreads loaded with local breads, pickles, fresh fruits, house-dried fruits, veggies, and more. All tables are styled with herbs, flowers, and greenery. Curated specifically for each event with attention to detail, our grazing tables are an elaborate, eye catching feast!

I’ve ordered Mina’s catering services for my mother. She has received weekly meals that are nutritious & delicious. I was looking for a healthy & fresh alternative and Mina’s definitely delivers. Every meal if prepared with fresh produce, in a caring manner, well presented & delicious. She has a varied menu with diverse options. Mina is very prompt is responding to messages and has a very professional service. I highly recommend Mina’s Catering!!

My cousin recently surprised her husband with a chef for his birthday, and invited his childhood friends. Romina cooked his favorite meal. It was DELICIOUS!!!!!! She was great! So nice and sweet. The food was great. The charcuterie trays were awesome. Not long after, we needed a tray of food last minute. She came through with a tray of arroz imperial that was delicious as well. Thank you so much, your food is great and you are so pleasant. I'm looking forward to my next event with you.

I'm so happy I found Mina's on Instagram and decided to call her to cater my husbands birthday. Everything I asked for she came through with perfection!!! From the deliciously vibrant charcuterie tray to our entree everything was delicious! The Cami salad was so fresh and yummy. Mina thank you for helping me make his birthday extra special! If you want absolutely DELICIOUS home cooked meals with multiple healthy options (no set menu) rotated out every 2 weeks, look no further. Romina is talented, polite, accommodating, and the girl can cook! Not to mention that she's a young, local female entrepreneur, and I'm all about supporting that. Honestly, you'd be hard pressed to find a better tasting, more flexible meal plan. Try it out and see for yourself!

Meals are great for those who enjoy home cooked meals but don't have the time and/or "skills" to make them. 2 minutes in the microwave and voila, dinner is served! There's a rotating menu and they are constantly adding new menu items. I'm pescatarian and my husband is 100% carnivore. She has plenty of options to fit both of our dietary restrictions :) I've ordered from several meal catering services and this has by far been my favorite.

I absolutely love my Mina's Meals! She offers a great menu every other week that is affordable and delicious. My meals are always delivered fresh and so easy to re-heat - perfect for a working gal like myself because I simply dont have time to cook every night. I have never eaten so good in my life!! You can taste the quality of the food. No shortcuts or crappy ingredients. Mina knows how to make simple ingredients work together and the flavors are just incredible. Great pricing, sooo many delicious options and amazing customer service. Worth every penny!! Other meal services don't even slightly compare.
