Welcome to UpperKuts Boxing Club, a boxing and personal training facility located in the heart of the Ashland, MA. We provide training for all fitness levels - from beginners to professional athletes. Everyone goes at his or her own pace, so no need to be intimidated. We have a family friendly, clean & exciting environment.

UpperKuts Boxing Club offers result driven workouts and specializes in the art of boxing. Our goal is to meet the fitness needs of everyone who walks through our door. We offer boxing training in Ashland as well as regular strength and conditioning. Our classes are structured to teach you the skills and fitness used to train and compete in Boxing, Gym, Weight Loss, Fat loss and all Personal Training in Ashland.
Services
For boxing classes you can use a boxing bag, dumbbells or freestyle. No equipment is required for any classes. We will be doing full Body Weight movements during all classes. For better results or more experienced individuals a Boxing bag or 1 to 2lbs dumbbells are recommended. All Virtual Classes will run for 30 to 45 mins.
UpperKuts Boxing Club might be a boxing gym, but if you choose not to box no need to worry! Life throws certain situations where one needs specialized attention and help. This goes for physical fitness too. At UpperKuts Boxing, we acknowledge that and hence provide personal training where our certified trainers will work one on one to help you accomplish your fitness goals.
UpperKuts Boxing employs a plethora of Circuit Training Exercises which improves agility and hand-eye coordination. It is one of the overlooked methods that can notch up the fitness level of a body to a whole new level. If you desire to get leaner with aesthetic proportions, then Circuit training is your best option.
Our most popular class! Lose inches and get stronger while having fun at the same time. Our classes play upbeat music to go along with the workout and on some days we have a live DJ. No two workouts will be the same! You will do a variety of different boxing drills while hitting the heavy bags. Even if you haven't boxed before or have not worked out in a long time, there is no need to be intimidated.
Kickstart your fitness journey with a top-notch women's boxing class in Ashland, MA. Boxing classes, especially for women, will strengthen, tone, improve cardio with the added benefit of developing self-defense skills. We are a professional boxing gym with state of the art facilities.

Here at UpperKuts you will gain self-confidence, sportsmanship, work ethic, and more importantly, learn the self-defense techniques through our women's fitness boxing coaching classes.Boxing is hugely beneficial for women empowerment, raising self-esteem, and to build self-confidence. This is the same rigorous workout as competitive boxers, but without the sparring.

This is my favorite way to get a workout. I spent several months attending UpperKuts in 2019-2020 on their month-to-month plant, and recently visited again. They still have all my favorite trainers and better yet, they’ve expanded their usable gym-space from a movie-esk basement boxing gym (which was still awesome) to a beautiful full-floor facility with twice the equipment which without-a-doubt reflects of the quality of their work. There are no bad classes, everyone is kind and motivating. One thing to keep in mind, Hustle and Grind is like a the leg day/sports conditioning of the classes,

Love love love. This good for experience boxers and beginniners. Very welcoming enviroment and very female friendly as well. Every trainer is amazing and very encouraging. You will see results if you put in the work and effort because they will put you to work. Would absolutely recommend!!!!!

My daughter has been training at UpperKuts for years. Now as she turns 18 and prepares to head off to college, I realize what a positive influence AJ and the team has been in her life. So many positive role models, kind people, healthy living, physical strength and building self confidence. I am grateful we found our way to UpperKuts. Highly recommend.

I've been coming here since December and I am obsessed with this place. All the instructors are incredible (and difficult!) I was hesitant to join a gym until I met the community at UpperKuts. The people here are so welcoming, friendly, and supportive. You feel good when you arrive, so you look forward to class!

Workouts are a lot of fun and the trainers and coaches are wonderful. They work well with beginners and know how to push people with more experience. This is a legit boxing gym and a great place for CrossFit training. It’s a huge space and I appreciate their use of technology to make class sign up super easy. The trainers are intentional about getting to know people too. The classes are really diverse too. People of different genders, ages, ethnic backgrounds and skill level.

The pandemic has killed any routine I once had.... which included at least 6 days a week of boxing. I haven’t found a place I could social distance and still be part of something.... I just moved to this area a few weeks ago and my boxing gym and boxing family is out near Boston. I haven't felt completely safe at many gyms yet knowing that I am working in person and need to keep people around me safe in my work environment where unfortunately we can’t social distance. I can distance myself at your gym and I feel safe and so so so so so happy, I am always smiling under my mask as a crush the
