Michael catered a family reunion for me today. My family loved the food especially my aunts that were born and raised in Italy. Michael helped me create the menu and let me reschedule on short notice because of the tropical storm last weekend. Great food. Great service and wait to host a party again!!

Contacted Michael to provide catering for a birthday party with 45 guests on short notice. He was easy to work with and made a number of suggestions to make sure I understood the differences in the Buffet options and what would work best for our needs. Last minute changes were handled easily and professionally. The food was ready on time and was delicious. I would definitely recommend Pagani Caterers and use them in the future as the need arises.

Me and my fiance paid him over 1,000$, decided a few weeks later to go with a better vendor and asked for a refund and Mike acted like he had no problem. Anyways, a whole week went by and we still never recieved the refund. Then he calls my fiance last Sunday and tells her he is going to be issuing the refund by a check the very next day and well here we are 5 days later and still no refund from him. He is based out of Connecticut and me and my fiance live in Connecticut and mail being sent within this state only takes 24-48 hours to be delivered so there is no excuse for this. It is unproffessional
