Unlike group training, personal training allows us to get very specific to what your individual goals are.

Group classes are designed for those individuals who like to workout in a group setting, and are most cost-effective than one-on-one personal training. All classes are designed to be challenging.

As a certified personal trainer since 2004, I've grown to understand that optimal health isn't just about physical fitness, but committing to our mental, emotional and social well-being. I truly believe that we must have a clear vision of where we want to go, commit and take action immediately. We can't afford to take our health for granted.

One of the best trainers in all of Charlotte ! Been going to Milt on and off for 2 years now. I was introduced to Milt by my Uncle who has been going to him for awhile. Milt, is an honest hard nose trainer that makes your work and wants nothing more but for you to accomplish your fitness goals. He has a great wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Fitness and Health and is a good person and good man. If you're looking for a trainer look no further than Milt at F.I.T. Camp ! The classes are fun and everyone is involved and everyone pushes each other to succeed in their own aspect.

I have been going to F.I.T. Camp for a little over a year now. I am so happy one of my patients recommended Milton Jones, and his F.I.T. Camp to me. When I first went I was at my heaviest. I had major hip surgery 2 years prior, and didn't walk alone for almost a year. So I was working out, eating right all on my own and had hit a plateau when he was recommended. I first went for an assessment to see if I was a good fit for the F.I.T. Camp, or if a few one on one sessions were needed first. I was able to jump right into F.I.T. Camp. Everyone soon became my second family. We all push each other
