Andria is a native of Buffalo N.Y., where she became a National Council on Strength and Fitness certified personal trainer in 2011. She has worked within diverse populations of socioeconomic backgrounds but is particularly interested in Fitness Nutrition and Chronic Disease Prevention. Since beginning in the fitness industry she has trained clients in New York, Washington D.C., Virginia, and South Carolina.
In-home 1-hour personal training sessions are a great way to connect with your trainer while traveling or if you have moved and need that consistent motivation and accountability. It allows Body Balance Fitness to serve you no matter where you are located! It's a valuable service because it allows us to make sure that you are working out as safely and effectively as possible.
When Brandon first started working with me, I was completely out of shape. Worse yet, I had also lost much of my self-confidence in terms of doing anything athletic. Andria's workout training is always enjoyable and has plenty of variety with different programs every time and it's never boring. She is a great instructor, friendly and knowledgeable and gives me a proper instructions. I definitely recommend her. I am very confident to lose my weight and be healthier than ever.

Working out with Brandon the last few months has helped me get back in shape and increased my overall strength and fitness.
