Jamaal has been a certified trainer for over 10 years. My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with; helping them become the healthiest happiest version of themselves. I enjoy helping people with the mindset, motivation, and also performance.
Jocelyn has been personal training for over 10 years focusing on the well being of the client along with making them feel comfortable with learning new movements and technique when working out.The thing she loves about training is not only helping people change physically but overall health. Jocelyn enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter on her free time.

Jamal is literally the best trainer! I started my fitness journey 6 months ago and the difference is outstanding! I couldn't do push ups at all and now I can easily do more than 50 at a time! I no longer dread fitness and working out. He gives you meal plans, group sessions throughout the whole day to fit your schedule (which I love) and he is available for one on one training too!

I was very apprehensive at first about going to a public space to work out during Covid. I had paused my membership at Fitness Connection, and like so many others had started to pack on the pounds. So I knew I needed to do something. I found the perfect place for me, it was a friendly environment, very professional, and most of all I felt safe. Every client wears a mask, as does every trainer...not to mention it was a smaller scale than the big box gym, so each instructor wipes off all equipment and weights between each use. From thefirst day I walked into the building, I was greeted by an upbeat staff and very professional atmosphere. During this Covid era, life in a gym has changed for me. It has made me uncomfortable going to a big box gym. I wanted something smaller, less people, and less crowded. I found that here. Not only do I feel safe but they really know their stuff. Each trainer is dedicated to your well being and giving you the training and equipment to achieve success. Thank you very much for making me feel comfortable with the gym experience again and even more so thank you for making me want to go!

If you are looking for a small, personable, family-like gym this is the place for you! I love the boot camp classes they offer here. It’s a great workout and the staff is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and very motivating, so it makes for a good experience each time I work out. Also, their workouts are good for all levels as they accommodate based on your skill level.

I have been working out at Fitness Destinations for over 8 months now and couldn’t be happier with my results. Prior to joining, I was not a gym person and didn’t exercise much. The trainers at FD helped me gain confidence in my abilities and myself! I’ve completely transformed and actually look forward to going to the gym. I attend 2 boot camp classes a week and also book 2 personal training sessions. The trainers are very committed to helping you achieve your goals and really do care about you as an individual. I’ve been in the fitness field my entire life training from little league sports all the way to Collegiate and Professional. Fitness Destination has given me some of the greatest workouts that yields great results. The trainers are very open to help you with any areas you need improvement on and they will push you to your maximum performance. I Love Fitness Destination!

Definitely the place to be if you want a family oriented gym! Everyone there keeps you accountable and only pushes you to be GREAT. I’ve made so much progress with my health with only 2 and a half months under my belt. I’ve met some good friends there that keep me going! It’s the motivation for meeeee 😌

I joined FD back in 2020 and I love it best decision ever! The trainers at FD are amazing in guiding you and really wanting to help you. They are not intimidating at all! The gym is clean and sanitizing stations, mask & temp check at the door. I def feel safe and thankful for FD every day!

Fitness Destinations is awesome! The trainers are always super friendly and engaging which makes it so much easier to push through a workout. The workouts are never the same so it doesn't get boring. I appreciate the level of professionalism from all of the staff and the ability to communicate openly, at any time, with the team. It's a small gym atmosphere, which I like because it feels more like a family. If you're looking for trainers who will push you, but also who genuinely care about you, you can't go wrong with Fitness Destinations.

Working out is my least favorite thing by far. However, this is the first time I went to the gym and had fun! Jamaal has a unique and creative way to help his clients enjoy a workout session. From the games to his energy level, you can't compare! He ensures you understand the proper formation (via demonstration) and explains the muscle you are targeting. And most importantly, the music selection creates a great vibe.
I also like how his program feels like a wrap-around service. He e-mails recipes,tips, and inspirational messages. He even has a FB group you can join which promotes you staying
