Horrible experience. I walked in and asked for the price for manicure. Owner said 19 $. I agreed. She then added 10 for removing nail polish. 7 for adding color. Insisted on a neck massage making me think it’s a complimentary (just try they kept saying) then they added 19 dollars then more to dry my nails and she insisted on 20% tip over everything !!! I was fuming with anger at a $ 64.50 bill! and I demanded a refund on the items I never asked for and the owner was very very rude !!

Will snake you into spending more money. She didn't tell me it would cost extra to fix my broken nail. I would have had zero problem with paying more - but she did not let me know it would be more until I was paying.
I also watched them offer a man beside me a massage during his manicure (They did not mention the price). Then while he was paying she told him the massage costed extra - where the man then got very upset.
PLEASE TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS WHAT THEY WILL BE CHARGED FOR BEFORE DOING WORK ON THEM THAT COSTS EXTRA.
Additionally, I watched who I believe is the owner, yell at her employee numerous

I love this nail salon. I am a local so I have been to all of the salons in the midtown area and I’m really surprised by any poor reviews! I have never felt Ripped off or pushed into any services. They always tell me the prices of any add-ons as we go along.
Also there may be a few cheaper places in the area (but u get what you pay for-The really cheap nail salons are so unsanitary!) for just a few dollars more I find that my manicure lasts so much longer when I go here and It feels so clean and calm in this salon. Highly recommend

Super clean place and excellent service. Everyone there is nice and really listens to what you want. I have sensitive cuticles and many places still hurt my nail beds. Here, they actually listened and my manicure was phenomenal. Also, it's hard to find a place that won't rush your manicures in midtown but Ruby did an amazing job. She took care of my nails and the end result looked amazing!!

I had acrylic infills with gel colour on the 12th of November. The next day the colour on one nail was already chipping. The next day a different nail broke but because I was flying to Miami I couldn't get it fixed. It's now been 8 days since my treatment and 6 nails are damaged. In over 2 years of having acrylic nails this has never happened to me. Absolutely the worst nail treatment I've ever had and the most expensive as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Sorry - live in NYC and this was terrible. In broken English keep trying to push you and sell you on up service. Almost like they hope you can’t fully understand and nod/say yes. I noted from other reviews and kept saying no. No to a back massage while they did my nails, no to a spa manicure, no to quick dry... it didn’t stop. Nail work was just OK and not worth the price. they were annoyed because all I wanted was a manicure!

I popped in late on Labor Day for a mani pedi. i didn't expect them to be able to accommodate me given it was late on a holiday. They told me to come back in ten minutes, which I did. I had EXCELLENT service and everyone was very friendly. Very nice job done on my nails and a reasonable price. I would definitely go back. Am only sorry that I am from out of time and cannot go back here more often!!
