I truly enjoyed living here but recently management decided to get rid of recycling and the trash has been overflowing since. We are still being charged for services we no longer receiving. Because trash is so often overflowing now, people are now throwing trash anywhere they can, my neighbor is storing trash on her back porch or throwing it into the woods. It smells and it all looks so ghetto. It's going to lead to pests if it continues. I was so mortified when I tried to use the fire pit with friends because there was a small mouse on the trash and we could smell it from the fire pit. I hope

Me and my wife have lived here for a year. It has not been the best, but it has been home for us and we have enjoyed our time being here. Shout out to the maintenance crew! They are really awesome and very responsive and respectable. Brayden is my favorite from the office! His smile and energy makes my day better!

My family and I have been living here for about 9 months now and we absolutely love it here. We have no complaints about our neighbors because everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. The staff in the office are very understanding and very professional. I’m very glad my husband and I decided to move our family here.

I’ve called maintenance about flooding about 4-5x, been hung up on, promised ETAs overnight and after staying up, no one showed. Their 24 hour number does not work either. The place is infested with roaches as well and management does nothing.
I’ve requested that the gym be serviced several times to no avail either.

This place is still horrible I lived there for 7 yrs and in that 7 yrs they changed hands like 4 different times it’s all about the money the don’t give a dam about the tenants never have never will regardless whether it’s new management or not the parking was a big issue for us when I first moved in it was absolutely gorgeous I loved it but then it started changing hands I’m sorry for anyone who still lives here no one should live under those horrid conditions

Maintenance will drag out issues to avoid replacing. Ac broke 7 times last summer. They will do nothing about unruly tenants. Parties at night, blaring music, selling drugs, aggressive dogs running around without leashes attacking other people's dogs, they say they handle it. But no results so far, over 15 complaints myself, no end in sight. They are just mediocre. Prices for a 2 bedroom are 1000+, prices raise atleast 20$ every renewal. They say their units have been updated, when in reality only a handful are, mine came with used carpet from the tenant before me, stains, pet hair. Not what you

I lived here for approximately 1.5 years and have both pros and cons.
Pros- the pool was one of my favorite parts living at Legacy, except for family parties, it never was too crowded and well maintained. The maintenance guys were pretty nice, they would switch out light bulbs for me and were generally quick to respond and helpful. Overall, this apartment was better compared to previous places I lived on the East side and I enjoyed living by myself there.
Cons- The worst issue I had though was with pests- for a while I could hear something moving in my wall. I assumed it was a mouse or squirrel

Do not live here! These apartments are roach infested and the company does little to handle the situation. I had huge roaches crawling on me in the middle of the night after the exterminator sprayed a week before. The plumbing is terrible and they have to shut off water every week to fix plumbing issues. You may think you can live with these issues but over time they keep getting worse and more and more unbearable. I would suggest you find an apartment elsewhere because this company will nickle and dime you.
