Constantly waking up like every morning during the week 😫. Always some dumb noise…including mowing lawn in December and blowing leaves when there’s like none … I don’t know how I’m going to survive with a newborn here..

Angie is the BEST! She is very sweet and gave us a warm welcome upon entering the office. On the phone, she gave us all of the information we needed and was straight to the point. While touring, she made sure we didn't miss anything that the townhome, property, and surrounding area had to offer.
The best of all is Angie did not try to pressure us into anything. I have taken multiple tours in the past few days and all of them were in a rush to finish and sign paperwork to get things over with. Here it was nothing like that. Thank you so much Angie!!!

My better half and I have lived here for a month now. While it is evident that the construction is older, it appears as though it has been maintained and I really like the laminate floors downstairs because it's easy to clean. When we moved in it was a bit damp in the unit, but a few Damp Rid boxes appear to have resolved that. I really like having a washer dryer hookup in the unit and a standard unit will fit. The grounds are well lit at night, and although we have neighbors on either side it is rare that hear them. The grounds are conveniently located to major roadways, a 15 minute drive to downtown

Though I was a little unhappy with the application process, Georgia Green has proved itself to be a wonderful community! The complex is quiet and spacious, family, couple, and single-friendly. The apartment homes themselves are a little old, but clean and in good condition. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good, quiet home in Athens!

Quiet, safe neighborhood. Never had any pest problems. Few plumbing issues and the water has shut off a few times. Carlos is very nice and helpful when I'm in need of maintenance assistance.

I lived there for one year and I have to say it was a nice place that I could call home. Carlos does an amazing and quick job at fixing any problem you have. It has been a clean, calm neighborhood, would definitely come back again if I had to stay in Athens again.

I have just applied for my apartment and my fingers are crossed until I see my approval! Shae was so patient on the phone and amazing in person. Took me on a tour, explained all differences between the model and my future unit, and was patient with me asking her to repeat information. Looking forward to living here!

I moved in at the beginning of August and have loved my stay ever since. Carlos does a great job when it comes to maintenance, Debra is amazing in the office, and the townhouse is perfect. The community is kept clean at all times and is very quiet. Out of the places I have lived at in Athens, this is by far the best.

I’ve only been here one month but I’ve not been disappointed yet! Carlos with maintenance is great!! Very friendly and gets to your work orders quickly. Neighbors are much more friendly than where I used to live. Just impressed so far!!

Dog friendly, great management team and maintenance team. Pool is clean, laundry room could use some updated machines but they work well enough. Dog bags are provided. The townhouse setups are nice because they feel bigger than expected. Kitchens are really nice and the storage in the townhouses is great. There is an outdoor enclosed storage unit as well. There is a live in police officer who keeps an eye on things

Overall a great community.

This is a wonderful community in which to live. Quiet, Friendly, and great staff. Maintenance is always on point and will fix anything and everything needed.

If i could give 0 stars i would but i am doing 1 simply because the new lady the Caucasian lady is extremely courteous and sweet. I have been bitten by poisonous spiders since i moved here this year. Got out of the shower tonight and discovered my kitchen floor covered in water. Why? Because there is a sink hole in my bathroom upstairs and water has came through and is leaking all over through the ceiling. Maintenance guy tried hooking up with my wife and gave her his number and told us not to call the front office about maintenance issues anymore. I reported this to the lady in the front office
