Auburn Eye Care where we care about your eyes. The staff was very friendly and so nice. Great conversations and I had much help in picking my glasses. The doctor was very sweet and knowledgeable about eye care. They definitely take their time in helping and caring for us. Thank you all for showing me southern hospitality and I felt so welcomed and definitely making Auburn Eye Care my permanent Optometry Office.

The doctor was awesome and always has been. Very attentive and seems to really care about your issues and concerns.
The young lady at the front not so nice and not very knowledgeable of the prices of the frames out front.
Each time you asked a question she couldn't answer she went back to ask she was still in your line of sight she would make unnecessary comments and her body language towards us was very unprofessional.
My insurance only allows 150.00 towards new frames and we asked where are the ones in that price range and she told us good luck finding them in that price.

Auburn Eye Care was amazing to work with! I was a bit worried since I do not have eye insurance but they are priced reasonably well compared to other eye doctors I have used in the past. Furthermore, when I called, I was able to get an appointment the next day which was nice. All the staff are good to work with and have a friendly aura around them. As long as I am a student here in auburn, I will absolutely use Auburn Eye Care and recommend anyone else in the auburn area as well!

Overall a bad experience with shady actions. Went for a eye exam and was told I needed to try progressive lens. The lady who assisted me with my glasses said don't worry you have 30 days to try them. I tried them for 3 weeks but was not happy. I tried to take back the eyeglasses but was then told they do not do refunds I could only replace the lens with single vision, this was shady issue #1. Then when I went back to get my eyeglasses after the lens had been changed I asked for a refund for the difference since the single vision lens are half the cost. I was told they do not refund the difference

My 92 year old mother had an eye infection and suffers with memory issues but needed to be seen. They could not have been more compassionate, thoughtful and helpful. The staff is amazing and we were seen by Lisa Daniel OD. She was so gentle and understanding and did what she could to evaluate her condition. I was impressed from the minute we walked in the door. Grateful for the care we received.
