It is important that you feel comfortable with giving you options. Metal caskets can be made of bronze, copper or stainless steel construction. Steel caskets are categorized by their thickness.

Our family lost our beloved 28 year old daughter in August of 2020. Our experience with Twin Oaks from start to finish was excellent. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was excellently taken care of, that we were taken care of with making the arrangements as comfortable and compassionately as possible. We highly recommend Twin Oaks.

The team was nice but I am disappointed... Paid for my aunts remains to be shipped to me. I was charged $150 but shipping was only $52.50. I was told that a signature was required but USPS just left the remains in the hallway for 2 days.
Also when I received the remains they were not packaged correctly and looked rushed. When I opened it, ashes were everywhere in which led to ashes all over me. I was just as distraught as if she just passed again. Dont ship if you can possibly avoid it. I had to since she was in Southaven and I was in Chicago.
Reached out to funeral home and just got excuses

After an awful experience at Brantley funeral home,we checked with TwinOaks and were greeted with supported compassion for our loss of a father so dear to our family, they helped us make the right decisions in planning his home coming and with greatly reasonable prices more than half the cost quoted by the other place,we are very pleased with the whole experience and personal at TwinOaks, thank you

In searching for and researching for funeral pre-arrangements, I talked with individuals at several Desoto County funeral homes. I was most impressed and most comfortable talking with Regina and Yvonne at Twin Oaks Funeral Home. They were the friendliest and most willing to stay on the phone line as long as I needed to ask questions and write down information.
When I decided on Twin Oaks Funeral Home, I meet with Brenda Carter, owner, and she wrote up my pre-arrangement policy. She was very friendly and professional, answered all my questions. But, most importantly, Brenda gave me VERY IMPORTANT

It has taken me a while to get on here and write a review as I just lost my sweet mama, Betty Galloway in April of this year. These were the most professional caring people and I am so happy we used them to celebrate my mama's life. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was as my brothers and I wanted it to be.
