Services
In 1912, Noble H. Owens Sr. had a vision of opening his own funeral home. His vision became a reality and N. H. Owens and Son Funeral Home was established! He strongly wanted to serve the community in which he lived. Serving with Dignity, Compassion and Excellence. He and his son, Nobel H. Owens, Jr., had a unified goal of creating a funeral home that was synonymous with professionalism, compassion and distinction.
We are family owned and operated. The funeral business is not just a job the Owens family has, it is our passion. When choosing N.H. Owens & Son Funeral Home to service your loved one, you should be eased by the fact that a professional staff member will be involved from the initial call all the way to the place of final disposition.
Our commitment to you has not changed, we are forever working to exceed expectations and deliver a high standard of service. Ron Taylor, Operations Manager, is a trusted long-time employee of N. H. Owens & Son Funeral Home with the knowledge and compassion needed to assist you with quality funeral arrangements.
Most of us are not prepared to plan and carry out a funeral ceremony for someone we love. And so much of the information available on this critically important subject fails to focus on what is most important: having a personalized, meaningful funeral that helps families and friends begin the healing process of mourning after the death of someone we love.
Most of us plan ahead in life. We plan for our wedding, our children's education, family vacations, and other significant expected life events. We also plan for the unexpected events of life by purchasing home, auto and medical insurance. Understanding the benefits of pre-planning has prompted many to take the step to plan their own arrangements.

There are no words to explain how incredibly appreciative I am of Ron at N H Owens & Sons Funeral Home. My 15 yr old daughter passed away in Tennessee which isn’t her home. She’s out there all alone. 😭 Ron has… talked to my baby girl everyday telling her things like “Your Mama called and she loves you very much” or tells her that she will be home with Mama very soon. I can literally call or text him and ask him to say something to my daughter for me and he does it for me every time. He’s all she’s got out there and he’s acting as a true
