We provide a courtesy waiting time of 20 minutes for trips that are not being billed at an hourly rate. Once a scheduled pick-up exceeds the 20 minutes waiting time grace period, we will begin adding $1.50(sedan)$2(SUV/stretch limo) for every additional one minute (starting with the scheduled pick-up time) until all the passengers are loaded and the vehicle is on its way to the destination.

I hired Limo Angel to drive us around on our wedding day in October (yes, I'm leaving the review almost two months later...still need to send out the thank you cards, too). We called Limo Angel because wanted the party bus so that all of the bridesmaids and groomsmen could ride together out to our photo shoot locations. Sebastian was extremely helpful and communicative in setting up one of his drivers.

Your drivers were top notch. They were on time, professional, courteous and did a great job. In fact, when we left the hotel in Downtown Chicago to head home, we realized we left out jackets sitting on a bench outside the hotel when we were about 3 blocks away from it. Our limo driver, John, headed back to the hotel for us to see if the jackets were still there and even got out of the limo himself to retrieve them so we wouldn't have to get out of the car... that's what I call GREAT SERVICE!

I was hoping to try LimoAngel as a first time customer to transport eight business associates from Gurnee to Wrigley for a night game and a return. I called LimoAngel and the person who answered asked me to email my details. The email response came quickly but only included the quote, that's it! No introduction, signature, or anything. They quoted a one way rate of $225, not including gratuity (20%), waiting times, or extra stop charges.
I recommend shopping around. Another business was able to offer over $100 savings and provided personalized customer service.
