Dir Home Inspections performed a property inspection on a house I am in the process of purchasing. Let me start by saying, "it was awesome working with them". I wasn't present for the initial inspection and he was very patient to explain anything I missed. He explained all of the issues in depth as well as educate me on areas I was not familiar with. This being our first house inspection ever, John was more than generous to answer all of our questions, advise what they look for, etc. I was able to pay on the spot once he was finished and we were satisfied. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with John and his service. He also performed a mold inspection which really gave us peace of mind.

Arrived early, was very thorough & honest with his inspection, took time to explain every little detail and answer every question I had, and was overall very pleasant to be around. Was extremely patient, especially with me being a first time home buyer. Detailed, printed report was also very thorough, clean, and organized. Even after the inspection was completed and services were paid for, John took time out of his day to speak with me over the phone weeks later regarding a particular part of his inspection. We found John on Angie's List to do an inspection on a house we were purchasing. John was super efficient and showed up early to the house. He explained everything as he went through, while showing us any concerns. Any questions we had were answered in detail so we had a clear understanding.
