Tom was extremely professional, personable and detailed with his work. He thoroughly explained everything as my client and I walked the home. Tom performed the inspection on our soon to be forever home, My husband walked the inspection with him as he thoroughly explained everything he was doing as well as pointing out ALL items that needed to be addressed. His report was explicitly completed within hours and true to word he was/is available at any given time to further explain and give his professional advice. We’ve bought property in Brooklyn, Washington DC Chicago & Manhattan and to date have never had such an experience as with Tom. Needless to say, Tom is the true definition of patience & professionalism!

A great experience. If you are buying your first home then TF home inspection is definitely the way to go. Thomas was on time, honest, friendly and open to all questions we had regarding the inspection. Not to mention the inspection report was so easy and quick to read for someone who knows nothing about homes. Got the report back the next day. Highly recommend.

I have use TF Home Inspection twice in the last two months. Sergio and Tom are extremely thorough through the entire process. They inspected every inch of the two properties we were purchasing. Every step of the way, they made sure I completely understood what I was looking at. I never felt rushed through the entire inspection. The inspection reports from both Sergio and Tom also were very detailed and easy to understand with pictures and explanations of any repairs that should be requested from us as the buyers. We had our home inspection performed yesterday and we could not be more pleased with how things went. Sergio Garcia was our inspector and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very thorough during his inspection. He took the time to explain all of the systems and everything he observed. It is clear that he had our best interests in mind. He was punctual (arrived 15 minutes early) and completed our entire inspection, including the roof inspection, while it was pouring rain during a hurricane!
