All Home Inspections from New Jersey Home Inspectors exceed ASHI and State of NJ standards, are done by personnel with training in all aspects of the home, including the structure and foundation. Dan is an excellent choice, extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. He was prompt, polite and did not have a problem answering all types of questions, explaining his reasoning and giving more detail if needed. We have used MHI on two occasions and we have found Dan to be extremely thorough and very knowledgeable, especially in identifying items that both our realtor and I missed.
