I hired Reliable Home Inspection to do a home inspection and oil tank sweep at a house I'm in contract to buy. Mark was on time and very professional. He was very meticulous at going over everything and explaining what was going on as well as answering all my questions. Lisa, the office manager, was very responsive to all my inquiries before the inspection and worked with me on getting me scheduled when I needed. The icing on top was that the rates were very reasonable and competitive. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

This company is very responsive and professional. Every time we called or emailed we got answers back quickly. The inspector, Mark, was very thorough and professional. He took the time to answer all of my husbands questions and was very transparent, down to earth and knowledgable. We even got our report the next business day. I just used them for my home inspection. Keith was great! Arrived earlier, went through the entire house with me, answered all my questions and provided me with great tips for future maintenance. His report was very precise and indicated all areas, specially the areas of concern. I was able to use the inspection report to get the sellers to repair or provide credits for the areas of concern. I would definitely recommend them.
