The complex is not well kept at all. There's always trash and full dumpsters with flies right next to the buildings. For what they charge it's not worth the money.

Management seems exasperated addressing problems and problematic tenants in a more insistent manner, so their unproblematic tenants are leaving. The major problems are: loud music, fights, aggressive dogs barking, property damage, and roaches. Valor Property Management is trying to update the complex but having disrespectful tenants is not good for their properties value. This apartment complex can be a nice place to live, but problems are arising too often. There are few days where you might have peace and quiet. The continuous loud music and voices will make you feel stressed.

I had a good bank delivery, there was a nice Black Male who held the door so I could not only get in but, so I wouldn't have to struggle with the door and the box! Thanks

This place is a dump. If you like drugs, yelling, loud music, bugs, and no peace and quiet then this is the place. Management does not care about what goes on no matter how much you complain. Even if your civil codes are violated. Everything in the lease is obsolete. Especially NOT MADE FOR FAMILIES. the pool always broken and the laundry machines dont work.

This is a terrible place to live. I wouldn't recommend this place of residence to anyone! The management is the worst of all! I don’t understand how the employees there got jobs in the first place. The people who live there are terrible neighbors! Drug addicts, Domestic violence constantly going on, parents not taking care of their kids so they’re running amuck. I could go on and on about the issues of this place, but the other reviews pretty much cover what's wrong with this place anyways. Simply, Do Not Move Here!!!! You will regret it!!! It’s a waste of money and time!
