Since 1981 Attorney John L. Laudati has practiced extensively and primarily as a trial lawyer. He concentrates his practice on civil litigation, personal injury law, collaborative family law and criminal law. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. He strongly believes that every case should be handled as if destined for trial.
Since 1983, I have concentrated my practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, business law and estate planning and settlement.
In the residential real estate arena, I have nearly 30 years of experience representing home buyers, builders, developers and mortgage lenders in the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, preparation and review of mortgage loan documentation and have completed many thousands of purchases and sales of homes in the greater Hartford area.

Not a great experience working with them. We purchased a home while living out of state. The communication was poor at the end. We didn't even get word that we'd officially closed on the day it happened, and didn't get a reply back til several days after that. Emails went unanswered and were very hard to reach. Our realtor told us to seek advice from him about signing an as is clause which he stated was ok to do and was only to ensure we didn't ask for more repairs. Upon moving into the home and finding issues that very likely existed before our purchase, turns out we should
