HE MADE ME BLEED TWICE.
Found this place through Yelp. Called and he said that he recommended appts only so I made an appointment in an hour or so. All he said was the price of gel manicure was $30, and didn't say anything else about any other charges.
I showed up and he gets working on my nails. I see a poster about dip power and ask him about it. He said it's healthier, stronger, and lasts WAY longer than gel. So I said agreed to get that instead of my gel even if it was $10 more. Then he says that I need to purchase this nail

I had a fantastic manicure here and will definitely be back! Everyone was very friendly and professional. My gel manicure came out beautifully and held up very well over time. I can't wait to go back for a pedicure and to try the dip manicure!

I just went here. Two people weren't wearing a mask. Not at all friendly and inviting. Made me purchase a nail kit if I wanted my manicure. This is the sloppiest 30 minute manicure I've ever seen. It's completely see through on some nails and on others, parts of the nail arent painted. Worst use of 35 dollars I've ever seen. Do not recommend.

UPDATE it has been less than a week since I got my dip nails done by Nina. They started lifting the next morning , and now Less than a week and three have completely broken off. I will not be going back. Ever. Not even the crappiest acrylics that I've had done at other salons have broken off or lifted so fast. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TIME OR FRUSTRATION on poor quality!

Everyone here is very nice and I think if you're going for a manicure or pedicure you would have a good service. However I have very long acrylics and the tech I had (can't remember her name) did a really awful job. Visually, they looked fine but they were structurally weak. I had 3 nails break and it was incredibly painful--I've never had this happen before. I went to another nail salon to have them removed and it took the tech ONE HOUR to remove them because they were done so poorly.

Priscilla Nails is by far the best nail salon I have ever walked into! I have been struggling for YEARS to find a solid spot and I am so happy to have walked in here one day! I have been coming here for about 6-8 months now and am absolutely beyond ecstatic with the way my manicures and pedicures have turned out.
I highly highly recommend coming here and getting a dip manicure from Lily! I was nervous to try the dip at first and then once I did I am fell absolutely in love with it! Dip last about 2-3 weeks depending how fast your nails grow! And I must say my nails have never been this healthy

I think I've had services here before but forgot to write a review.
I went for a pedicure - I didn't make an appointment and just walked in around 10:30am, asked for a pedicure, they greeted me and the funny gentleman working on some ladies toes said "Yes! Zero Waiting." so cute.
I selected a polish and quickly got sat, the water in the the foot sink could have been way hotter but it was okay.
My techinician did a really thorough job with clipping and shaping. Some of it almost hurt, but no blood. She was just efficient.
A funny bit, tech. asked if I wanted something

Went for the second time today after moving to the west side and losing my east side go-to. On my first trip was advised to try the dip instead of shellac, and I stated that I had a bad experience previously. I was gently advised to try dip at their salon, as they have a lot of experience doing it and it's better for your nails.
Obviously they were right because I went back and will continue to do so. Excellent skills and multiple options for pedicures. Will continue to go to this location!

Excellent service. Very courteous, very hard working, very well done manicures and pedicures. Our daughter wanted some complicated stuff done, not only did they know what she wanted, they did it in a timely manner. New to pdx area. No need to look for any other nail salons. This is the one.
Also great for men too. They performed my service well and I was also pleased to see other gentlemen getting their toes and fingers attended to.
