Schaffer Rentals

We provide quality housing for Hocking College and Ohio University students and local families. Students and their parents particularly like the fact that all utilities (with the exception of phone, internet, and cable) are included in the rent so one check takes care of it all. Stoves, refrigerators, and window blinds are furnished with each apartment.

We have 3 locations in Nelsonville. Each of our Nelsonville apartment locations offers different advantages. The Washington Street apartment location is close to the Nelsonville Public Square and has 17 rentals that include everything from studio to four bedroom units. Walk to the post office, library, pharmacy, coffee shop and various eateries.
