Majed and KC are the best in the business! Signing a lease with them was super easy and unproblematic. Later my plans changed and I no longer needed the apartment. Majed and KC went above and beyond helping me navigate the process of trying to find a replacement for my apartment unit. This showed me how good of people they are because they had absolutely no obligation to do so. I'd highly recommend renting a unit at 'The Reserve at The Falls' if needing a place to live in the Athens, Ohio area and wanting resident managers who care about their renters and who do whatever they can to resolve problems

I was a long time resident at the Falls. It is a very nice, safe, quiet, and well kept establishment. It is close to everything in Athens as well. The staff was friendly, available, responsive, and were always willing help with anything you might need. I highly recommend this complex.

Majed and KC are the best apartment managers we have ever had - they were extremely response, accommodating, and friendly during our time living at the Falls. The maintenance staff was amazing too, and always responded quickly to any issues we may have had inside the apartment. Our entire time spent living at the Falls was incredible, and the other residents were always friendly. I will 100% continue recommending the Falls to anyone seeking a place to live in Athens, we couldn't have asked for anything better!

I lived here for 2 years and it was a great place to live. The resident managers are really responsive and worked well with my needs whenever something broke or I had unusual circumstances come up. For example, when I was stuck out of town in a snow storm, they helped me out by going into my apartment and refreshing my cat's water, and other odds and ends like that from time to time that really went above and beyond. Overall, this is very great, safe, friendly, and peaceful place to live. I recommend RATF highly.

When I came to Athens for work, I wasn't expecting a great deal of my first apartment. I needed a place to stay in short order, and the Reserve at The Falls had several good reviews, so I decided to give them a try....
Never have I been happier with a snap judgement like I am with my time at the Falls.
Maj, and KC were both very helpful in getting me pictures of the apartment prior to arrival, and in just about every other aspect of apartment living as well. The rest of the staff was also very quick to address issues, and the property as a whole was kept in very nice condition.

I lived here for 5 years when I worked at Ohio University and had a great experience the entire time. It is not student-geared property, so it has a quieter feel than many of the other proprieties in town. It is located in a peaceful setting with beautiful landscaping, prompt snow removal, maintenance/updates of buildings, etc. The property is wonderfully managed and close to campus, grocery stores, and the freeway for travel. It’s hard to figure out living in Athens (particularly when coming from out of state) because of the student focus of the landlords, but the rent is reasonable and the

We absolutely loved living here for our 2 years in Athens and would definitely recommend it! We are a couple with one of us attending graduate school and the other worked from home. This community is quiet and mostly houses older/graduate students or small families. The best thing about this place is the management- KC and Maj are hands down the most amazing management team that either of us have ever had at any of the apartments we’ve lived at. They are really there for you and will go to bat for you 100% of the time. They were responsive, reasonable, understanding, friendly, and excellent advocates
