The TSI Housing office is currently located on the first floor of the Moore-Russell Building at 36 South Court St, in Athens, Ohio. TSI Housing is a locally owned and operated real estate management and development company. TSI Housing's primary business is leasing quality, affordable housing in Athens.
The simplest thing to do is call the office and ask to make an appointment to see the unit. During that time you can get additional information, fill out an application (if you haven't done so already online) and if all goes well and you like the unit, schedule an appointment to sign a lease. I lived here for 2 years. Not only is it 2 secs from college green. They have the best staff and operations! Graduated in 2015 and I have to say they have the best staff, operations, service, maintenance, etc then most of these "luxury" apartments you move into after college. And you can't hear your neighbors up or downstairs!!!! Plus there's an elevator
