Very rarely do I leave reviews. However, I have to share the experience that I had with one of the PFS employees. I was working late and I found a load for a driver on the load board and I called to book it. Since it was so late I hung up when I didn't get a quick answer. I didn’t even wait for voice mail to pick up. Shortly after I hung up, my phone rang. The caller introduced himself as Will Brown with PFS saying that he was returning a missed call. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. I got the information from him and booked the load. Perfect!! Then my driver

This is my first and last time ever working with these unscrupulous brokers! Being that we are still in the middle of this Covid-19 Pandemic. The freight brokers are still robbing us truck drivers, blind! Long story short: I accepted this load for a very low rate per mile. The inexperienced broker booked me on a 53 foot flatbed load, even though I told him I had a hotshot setup, I arrived at the shipper and could not take the entire load. Consequently, Paladin refused to pay the industry standard Truck Ordered Not Used (TONU) fee. I guess the diesel I burned riding 3 hours and the additional hour

They delivered a load to my construction site for JT Smith Construction in San Antonio TX. William Brown at Paladin found me a truck at 12:45am to pick up a crane and had it delivered to my job site by 3 am. I am in East coast time zone and they are in central time zone. I needed the truck by 4 am EST. He went above and beyond to help me out. Woke up in the middle of the night to find the truck. Great place and they are the only people I will call when I need a truck, regardless of the rate. Service is grade A 100%.
