We booked a two night stay. Decided after first night of staying we wanted to leave but couldn't get a refund. We were going to stay but night time staff was rude, same with housekeeping and the walls are super thin we kept hearing banging for 3 hours. Water park was fun but there is a sign to have no alchohol, yet a couple had bud lights. Honestly we are not returning here and wish we could have gone somewhere else.

We only stayed one night but the indoor pool areas were small and boring. Our room had a jacuzzi in it which was a little bit dirty and the bed was literally broken. There were 2 different times I found a random hair on the table with the coffee maker which I know weren't ours because my wife has blue hair and I keep mine really short. I don't recommend atlantis for a fun getaway with or without kids

I will NEVER stay here again. Would have rather spent a little more for a clean facility. This place was DISGUSTING.
>My room had stained walls, outlets, carpeting, & trim.
>Extremely poor maintenance on entire building.
>My room (room 408) was a non smoking room. But had burn holes all over the carpeted balcony.
>Shower screeched when in use.
>Melted or stab mark on jetted tub.
>Woodwork all chipped up and poorly repaired.
>Ripped carpeting showing under floor trim (poor maintenance/build quality).
>Poor room organization, who puts a fan right next to a bed blowing on someone? This can

My go to "cheap" hotel. Recently updated, clean and hardly anyone here. Great younger kids play area upstairs and a little used pool downstairs to avoid the other guests.
Though they could be better at caring for the water park, found a collie crumbling to bits that has been ignored for some time by the looks of it.

Rooms are definitely dated and need some repairs. Our shower screeched the whole time water was running. The ac unit had mold on it and definitely needs to be cleaned.
The good is it is in a great location to everything you want to do. Their indoor pool is pretty nice.
Would have been nice if the food services weren't suspended during our stay.
Overall a nice place to stay for cost. We had a kids suite with bunk beds. That was nice.

It's a good hotel! We opted for The Atlantis because it's smaller, but nicely spread out! So, after high season it's just a bit more chill, not overcrowded. It was a touch busier than we were expecting due to a local event, and my biggest complaint revolves around negligent parents -- which isn't a hotel problem. But, perhaps more signage, or obvious cameras could help the problem? Our daughter was injured and left with a giant goose egg on her head because as she was going down the slide, a kid decided to start climbing up, and there was a pretty intense collision. The other

We stayed at Atlantis Resort and Water Park for an end of summer quick trip. We chose to stay here because of their location, price, and bonus perks included with our stay. The place isn't a Great Wolf Lodge but for it's age it has been taken care of quite nicely. Adding everything together, this resort is great for families with young kids, families, and those looking to stretch their dollar for maximum impact (especially if you plan on visiting Noah's Ark while at the Dells).

I really never leave negative reviews but the hotel room was decent. We came here with 8 people and got a suite. But this review is about the management and front desk staff there. First of all I go to the front desk the lady looks at me and keep sitting in the office in her phone. I walk away and come back same thing. The housekeeper that was cleaning the glass had to stop what she was doing to get the attention of the front desk staff. If you're racist just say that . So my complaint was hair on the bed that didn't belong to me or anyone I was with and there was no tissue. The manager

This is the most janky hotel I've even stayed in. The light/fan in the bathroom was broken and extremely loud. Only 2 jets in our jacuzzi tub worked. The room is insanely warm without the heat even on. The breakfast is a joke. The cream cheese was warm and the hard boiled eggs were stacked on a try falling off and room temperature. There is no warm food and the breakfast is in the pool/arcade room, it is was very loud. The staff are not marked at all and the breakfast lady was very rude. The "water park" Consists of 4 very small slides. I will never stay here again and will recommend

This hotel is worth the money. It has a nice little waterpark on the fourth floor and the main floor. The beds were fine no issues there and the hotel was clean for the most part. The only issue that I had, is the hotel does need to be updated. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders for this hotel. However it is right next to Noah's Ark waterpark as well as the big foot zip lines. And you simply cannot be the location. Also for each day that you stay in the hotel you are given wristbands for free admission into Noah's Ark which again you cannot beat. I would recommend this hotel.

Still here... it's not bad considering the price. We have appropriate expectations. The front desk staff has been friendly and the room was exactly as pictured. There are three separate pool areas. The out door pool is decent and has a nice toddler area. The lobby indoor pool is warm and has a fun waterfall and slide but man the chlorine is overpowering. The indoor "water-park" is definitely geared towards younger kids. I'd say 10 years old max, which works great for us. There's also are larger swimming pool and hot tub in the water park area. The bar was a nice touch if

This place was great. The beds were so comfortable and soft. The AC worked fast. The rooms were very spacious and the big jacuzzi helped a lot with showering with 1yr old lol and the housekeepers were so polite and nice. I will be definitely going back here. Only complain was that our door to the porch did not lock properly. We mentioned it to the front desk and they fixed it very fast. The free breakfast isn't pancakes and waffles like other hotels it's toast cereal and bagels and hard boiled eggs. But it does it's job lol it was yummy. Very satisfied with this place.

Things just got worse and worse here as we were checking out a couple got into a fight in the parking it became physical in front of their children and their baby stroller with an infant in it rolled out into traffic. This happened right outside the front lobby and another guest ran inside to tell them the altercation was occurring but at no time did any of the hotel staff come outside or call the police. After retrieving the baby and the stroller I had to call 911 to get the police on scene to control the couple. The two older children were crying and screaming for someone to call the police

While I agree it's what you make of it you need to take your expectations and half them before you come here.
Pros
- includes tickets to Chula Vista waterpark for each person
- is pretty centrally located, about 8 min from anything in the Dells
- friendly front desk staff
- fridge in every room
- free breakfast
- likely great for families with kids up to about 6 with on-site pool
Cons
- old and dingy, needs updating
- free weekend breakfast lacks protein and is like someone made stuff at home and brought it to work. Not a continental breakfast.
- on site waterpark is a pool, not

Short version:
Decent hotel when you're staying in Wisconsin Dells. If you can get it on a deal, it's BEYOND worth it compared to prices in the nearby area. Even standard priced is okay. It has the most value during the summer (because Noah's Ark is open for the free tickets and the hotel provides free breakfasts), but it's still a good choice during off-season. The hotel probably isn't going to "wow!" you, but it's a good value, has good service, and is pretty clean.

Thanks to their Groupon, we stayed in a
Neptune Suite for one night. It was my husband and I and our two sons (ages 4&6). The suite was in nice condition and laid out well. The hotel and room were very clean and the staff extremely nice. The day we arrived, the kids swam in the water park area. It isn't huge, but between the kids water area, arcade, regular pool, etc it served our purpose. The following day we had their continental breakfast on the pool patio and checked out so we could enjoy our free passes at Chula Vista. We'd stay there again.
