We spent the weekend at Wintergreen Conference center for a Quilt Retreat. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Quintessential Quilts had ballroom set up in n the 3rd floor and our rooms were on the same floor. Made it so nice for the ladies.

Clean rooms but, bathroom smelled like urine. Updated room but, noisy water pipes kept us up all night. Very nice management gave us credit for room.

They were ok. I've been coming to the dells for 35 years and I would say this hotel is just meh. We got the jacuzzi suite and you can still feel build up in the tub the wasn't cleaned properly. The toilet was broken when we entered the room. The bathroom door was a little off the hinges. For being recently bought out it can definitely use some tlc. Oh, and the slide and kids pools were out of order.

Great food. We really enjoyed our experience. The outside and inside may be a little dated, but it adds to the family affair. Very bright and sunny. No rush to get you out the door. You can enjoy your meal and have a cup of coffee to relax. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Breakfast for 2 is under $40.00. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Sign said Timabavali and Noah's Arc Tickets NOT discounted tickets. Went to check in and it Took 45 minutes. Said that there was no payment on their end after I just watched the credit card reader screen say approved. So not only did it not come with tickets almost an hour of our time at Kalahari and Tom Foolery was wasted. Haven't even seen the room yet... room is decently cleaned housekeeping needs to learn how to properly fold towels. WiFi goes out quite a bit.

Caution.., do not bring in your own cup of coffee. We had coffee with us and had to sit outside and drink it. With that being said, service was very good and friendly. Food was decent. I had the chicken fried steak with eggs and toast and it was good. I was told by everyone else in our group that the pancakes were really good. My son had a grilled cheese and loved it and said the fries were really good.

Breakfast buffet very low quality and questionable about when it was prepared. Fruit was on the border of rotting. It was $10.99 for the buffet and the quality was in my opinion less than a $5.99 buffet quality. The food left me wondering if I was going to be sick after a few bites.

This place has gone downhill fast! Ate here about 5 years ago when staying at Great Wolf, and was really looking forward to coming back. Huge disappointment. Not very busy during prime breakfast hours. We were seated at 3 different tables that hadn't been cleaned. Finally asked server to just clean one for us. She did so with a filthy, dripping rag. We had to dry it with the table napkins.

The pancakes were thick and dense, but that was the end of the positives. The coffee was awful - weak Folgers. Maybe that's why they won't let you bring in some Starbucks from across the street

Should have known it was going to be a bust when we waited at the host stand for over 10 minutes to be even acknowledged that this was the wrong choice for breakfast. 15 minutes to get seated and the women said sorry they were short staffed...5 servers and only 10 tables in the dining room with guests...thats 2 tables per server, most restaurants run 4 to 5...so this is just poor training or all brand new people...i get that..
But the food on the buffet was...just bad. Only had sausage links, country ham, scrambled eggs, pecan french toast, cheesy potatos some fruit and a few pastries. Save your

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

You're going to be standing around waiting for this understaffed, terrible excuse for an establishment to seat you. All the while, other people will pass you in line and seat themselves. Why even have the "wait to be seated" sign? There is clearly not enough food in the buffet anyway. I stood in line waiting to be acknowledged while a group a morons walked past and took what remained of the cinnamon rolls. It's called a HOST. Maybe if you had one you'd have better reviews.

This is an ok spot for breakfast. For $9.95, the ultimate breakfast includes 2 pancakes, a generous helping of tasty hash browns, two eggs, two bacon, and two sausage.

The decor is nothing to write home about and the service was ok.

Overall, pretty average on all accounts.

I was not a big fan of the buffet, so next time if I'm back I'll make sure to order from the menu. The bread pudding was the best item, sweet and had a crispy crust with a mushy center, as it should be. I thought the sausage and doughnuts were pretty lackluster. The eggs ran out when I was there so I wasn't able to get a plate with them. I would recommend they get a better bagel supplier too. Service was very polite and responsive and the coffee was pretty good. Lots of screaming children when we were there, though I suppose this isn't the restaurant's fault for being

Meh.

We came here because they advertised in one of the dells books that kids eat free. It didn't apply for our kids because it doesn't cover the buffet or anything off of the kids menu. That's ok though because their prices really aren't terrible.

While 3/4 of us found the food to be very average my husband really liked his bacon waffle.

Their buffet only had about half the items advertised. Most of their fruit wasn't fresh.

We came here hoping to find a good breakfast place in the off season when Pauly B's is closed and left wishing we had just gone to Denny

Good place for a traditional diner-style breakfast. Good server and hearty food was the main drive for this review. Good family restaurant.
