Here is some helpful information to help you take care of the rental home you are borrowing from our clients. Change HVAC filters: Change every three months, but inspect them every month.
Please note, We screen applicants for a property when all applications are SUBMITTED and COMPLETE including required documents and PETSCREENING Registration (if applicable). The maintenance team is awesome especially I think his name is Mitchell or Matthew it says Matthew on his jacket my family has been living here at 8324 SE RHINE ST in SE Portland since 2019 its been blissful for the most part. I put in a maintenance request just yesterday and Matthew came out today. He's always been friendly to my family and me for years. Very professional, courteous, and have great conversations while he does his work. He is a great person, and I hope legacy knows lucky they are to have him on staff. Keep it up Matthew.

Legacy Property Management is one of the companies that I work for as a sub contractor. We fix issues that arise in their tenants/owners homes. I cannot express enough how different they are from other property management companies. They expect us to respond in a quick and timely manner.
