When you send us a referral you increase your chances of getting a future sale out of them. We are often the first to know of their intent to sell their investment property & will refer them back to you.
If the furnace is not working the first thing to do is check the thermostat to make sure the batteries are working. If the batteries are good, then make sure the pilot light is lit. If the pilot light is out, you need to light it. Also check to make sure the furnace filter has been replaced for proper airflow.
That is why we've crafted these helpful moving checklist to help streamline the process. Barring delays from tenant payment, owners will generally get paid before the 15th of the month. Rent has to clear a client trust account. Once the bank give us notice that we have received the funds, we pay any outstanding invoices, take out our management fee and send funds to our owners. Often times you will receive this between the 10-12 th of the month but no later than the 15th.

Rented from one of their properties for a year. Put in 4 service tickets and had numerous direct emails (mostly relaying info to property owner) all were handled in a timely manner and I had no issues with their service. Be aware there is a monthly fee for furnace filters which is far more than the cost of a filter. Otherwise everything was smooth and I did have requests to alter terms/timing of different events which were handled promptly and professionally.

After speaking with the owner, our issue with the security deposit was sorted out. I would not say the property was in the best condition when we rented it, they weren't hands on in the hand-off, but the team was responsive to broken items and needs.

Prior to proceeding with interest to rent through IPM, I looked for many online reviews to help make an informed decision on what we should anticipate. Some of the comments from other tenants were very concerning, however the theme that I gathered was IPM does not take care of service tickets.
So far I have submitted a 3-4 service tickets (in 2 months) and each has been resolved or acknowledged. I realize many people likely do not follow-up and are left wondering on the status, well I've learned IPM likely has many homes that manage and the vendors they contract with are very busy addressing priority

Invested Property Management has managed my rental townhouse property since March, 2018 after I managed it myself for 15 years. Wish I had done it so much sooner!
Everyone is quick to respond to questions or concerns. They inspect the property for any needed repairs and notify me with photos and cost estimates as to what needs done. If I have concerns or input regarding the repair, they address accordingly. I don't need to worry about collecting rents, finding service people or finding tenants. And I no longer have to do the re-cleaning after move out or prep for new tenants.

The team as IPM has successfully rented my investment property in Littleton for nearly 5 years. I've had great tenants, they have addressed issues appropriately when they arise and I can trust they are acting in my best interest. Highly recommend!
