Performance Property Management provided a wonderful experience. Sadly, I had a very challenging tenant situation that turned into an eviction. Sara and her team took care of everything from coordinating the attorney, posting notices, keeping me informed, and cleaning up the property after wards. The team at PPM treated my home as if it was their own. I am very grateful for their time and care during a challenging situation. I recommend them to anyone utilizing property management services. I moved to Colorado and shared the house that my son was already renting through Performance Property Management. I was easily added to the rental agreement. Any time something came up, it was quickly delt with. Sara was quick in her communications with me and the maintenace crew were polite, quick and good at what they needed to do.

If you decide to live in a property owned by PPM, you can breathe a breath of fresh air. They are by far the most responsive and caring management team I have encountered. If a maintenance issue is brought up, they will have someone there to fix it immediately. They take the initiative in renovating their properties to keep the tenants happy and they listen to you if you have advice about the property. It was an absolute pleasure to live in one of their properties for the past two years.

I wouldn’t expect a property management company to be as communicative and helpful as PPM - usually think of companies like this as advocates for the owner, at the expense of the tenant. That’s not been our experience with Sara or anyone we’ve interacted with from PPM. I truly feel like Sara has our back.
