Our instructors stay with you every step of the way to personalize the experience and make modifications.
Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are a fitness rockstar, this workout is perfect for you!. In order to maximize your SPENGA experience, you must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your session. Please check in with a SPENGA team member and they will ensure you are properly prepared to rock your first Ride, Rep, Revive.
