Have been working on getting quotes for a condo inspection. I reached out to these folks & they were extremely professional. Couldn't have asked for a better exchange. I was waiting on one other home inspection quote when I received notice via text that my quote was "cancelled" after three days. Unfortunately the quote that I was waiting to compare theirs to hit my inbox the morning after their cancellation. Very unwelcoming to only have three days to decide, especially when I can't control other bids timelines. I went ahead & signed with the other company since this one was "cancelled."

Retained Mountain Living Home Inspections for a home inspection and radon test. Jereme was quickly responsive to our questions. The ability to review and sign contracts via email, review the proposal online and then pay the invoice online also was a big help since we still lived out of state. I vetted several inspectors before choosing Jereme. We spoke over the phone and he really engaged me on the details of his potential inspection. We hired him to come out and I visited with him the last 30 minutes or so of the process. He walked me through some items and ensured me that his report would be thorough and precise.
We had Radon, Water, Home, inspections completed and in a few days I had a 77 page report that really opened my eyes. It helped us make a solid decision on the home. Needless to say we decided against that particular property based off the detailed findings of his report
