Services
The state of Michigan does not require or offer licensing for home inspectors. I am a Certified Master Inspector with InterNachi and far exceed the standard. I have performed more than 1000 inspections and have been a full time Home Inspector for over 4 years. I have more than 500 hours of continued education.

Wow! Did not go with my realtor’s suggested inspector and instead found one on my own. What a find! This is the first home inspector that I would highly highly recommend. From scheduling to inspection to payment everything went smoothly.

This is the first time I have ever used a home inspector and was very pleased how easy Kris made this. Everything was handled via text, email, or a user-friendly site, which is already ahead of his competition. The report itself was very thorough, including videos and a ton of pictures. He even provided me with his opinion on some details of the surrounding area.

Kris was absolutely amazing! He explained his findings to us in a way that was very easy to understand. He wasn’t afraid to show us all of the points of concern with the first house we had an offer on, which helped us find the better option. I highly recommend Kris; he is awesome! I am a first-time home buyer and am currently purchasing a new construction home from across the country so I wanted an inspector to check out the home with my real estate agent present. I am glad I had an inspection, as Kris caught multiple things that the builder needed to fix! At the end of his inspection, Kris took the time to talk with me over Zoom with my agent and review his findings, recommendations, and concerns, and then showed my agent specific things to check for during the final walk through to ensure the builder fixed.
