I highly recommend Lu'Ro Jewelers after two very different positive experiences. I had custom jewelry engraving done by their expert engraver, which turned out beautifully. I also purchased a gold ring and was impressed by the variety of selections, the great service, and the reasonable price. I'll return for sure.

Excellent customer service and great selection. We got out weeding bands here and are very happy with them. I needed to resize a ring and also ended up engraving the inside of a ring. We are are very happy with all the services we received here. Fast, friendly and quality service here. Highly recommend.

I relocated this past year to Davis and I needed to find a jeweler when my watch lost a screw in the band. Lu'Ro fixed my watch quickly and I felt confident to use them again. This past week, I found my grandma's necklace with a broken chain. I brought it in not really sure it could be fixed and Lu'Ro's did it! I am so impressed and will continue to bring all of my business to them. They are professional and trust-worthy.

I brought in my father-in-law's Omega Seamaster for an overhaul - dial cleaning, mechanism inspection, new crystal, new hands - and was very pleased with the result. It looks brand new! They just ordered a new watch band for me. I'm planning on giving it to my son for his 35th birthday as a legacy present! Thank you, Jose and Diego:-)

I got a ring resized at Lu’Ro. The staff was communicative, helpful, and easy to work with. They made suggestions, but were not pushy at all (unlike many other jewelers I have spoken with at other shops). The resizing only took two days. Definitely recommend checking them out for your jewelry needs!

After months of not wearing my wedding rings (thanks COVID), I figured it would be a good time to take them in to be checked out, cleaned, and rhodium plated. We were loyal DeLuna customers, so we definitely took the opportunity to try out Lu'Ro. We were not disappointed. My rings were done in less than 24 hours, they looked better than ever, and the price beat all my other experiences with rhodium plating. We'll be back for sure.

I am the queen of procrastination. I came into Lu'Ro on a bit of a time crunch to get a lighter engraved for a gift. I had an idea of what I wanted but I wasn't exactly sure of the layout/font that would look best. Diego offered his advice and the lighter turned out exactly how I wanted. And he got it done THE SAME DAY! I'm very glad I came here, I would definitely recommend.

Amazing shop, they clean my rings perfectly. I have gone to different places to get my rings cleaned including other states and this is the best jewelry shop ever! My grandmother passed away this year and I received one of her old necklaces, which had a broken clasp. I went in to see these guys, and they opened the door for me even when they were technically closed! They were so kind and friendly, and informed me it would take three days to order a new clasp and fix. They called me three days later and informed me it was ready for pickup. It was $25 to replace the clasp, and I can't say enough how kind they were and how safe I felt leaving a precious piece (to me) with them. Thank you, Lu'Ro!

With my engagement photos coming up, I knew that I desperately needed to get my engagement ring cleaned in order for it to have maximum sparkle in my photos. Because it had been 6 months since I got engaged, the center diamond had accumulated a decent amount of muck just from every day use of lotion and oils, etc.
I brought in my ring to Lu'Ro and barely had to wait any time at all before I was able to chat with the clerk behind the counter. He told me that they could absolutely clean it, but that I should probably run some other errands for an hour or so so that the solution could soak

Nice guys who do quality work. I have had several watches that needed battery updating and they were able to take care of it in a very quick time. I have also had special rings that I have taken to them and they have been able to make them look brand new again. They are very talented with several skills. They have also done a few engravings for me on necklaces and resized bracelets. They can do it all!

I initially came into the shop in order to get a few chains repaired, but I was extremely impressed by the knowledge and professionalism that these fine gentleman possessed and worked with. They were extremely friendly and helpful and were able to repair my necklaces in a timely manner. Hell, they looked better than they did when I first bought them. Offers exceptional service every time. Have appreciated the repairs made in the past in my husband's watch and some small jewelry repairs.
For my husband's watch, they took the time to explain the process of repair. It took a while to repair because they needed to ship watch parts from Switzerland, but, they did it right. We're grateful that you were able to bring his dad's watch back to life.

I went into the store to ask how much it would be to size the ring a half size smaller. Jose helped me and gave me a quote that seemed reasonable. He thoroughly explained the process and it seemed to be a great way to resize the ring. I also asked if I could see the GIA serial number on the diamond and he read it off to me while he looked at it through a microscope and I checked my certificate. The numbers matched and all was good. I will write another review on
