Bruce Lyon worked as a professional chef around the country before building his own business from the ground up. We make Neapolitan style pizza which is baked directly on the stone next to the 925 degree wood fire.

Bruce & the Victoria's Wood Fired crew were amazing at our wedding! We've gotten nothing but compliments from our guests on the pizzas (of course), as well as the cocktail hour carving station and brownie desserts. They absolutely hit the nail on the head for making something fun and joyful feel upscale at the same time.
We bring our self contained pizza truck to your location. Most mobile pizza catering is from a pizza truck where the pizza makers stand on the ground outside the pizza truck, often exposed to the weather. Our self contained pizza truck allows us to work in almost any weather. So what happens if your special day gets stormy?
Peak season dates generally incur additional minimums - Call for details, adjustments & exceptions. Wedding parties always require considerable added time in consultation and planning, as such all wedding related parties incur a $100 surcharge.

How do I book a party? Once you have approved your party proposal, we prefer if you mail us a 50% check. You can also mail your signed & initialed contract or you can sign & initial the contract online. Please contact us for further details. Do I have to pay full price for children? We calculate pizza per adult guest.
Our Chef/owner, Bruce Lyon, graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 1984 following several years working in commercial kitchens. Steve's Bagels in Ridgefield, CT. Bruce's backgrounds in facility design, and building were employed to create his mobile pizzeria and bring his hand crafted Neapolitan cuisine to any outdoor location.

All the staff is very good and so is the food but one of the workers (9/15) (sorry didn't get his name) went above and beyond from the counter to making sure customers were satisfied while remaining calm and kind. Not everyone is like that but props to Victoria's to working as a team and to prepare quality food.

I am not a big fan of pizza until I tried Victoria’s yesterday. I ordered a medium and my husband and I were drooling on the taste. We ordered Greek pizza and fell in love with them, the base is super fresh (you can tell), crisp and thin. It’s topped with fresh veggies, feta cheese and olive oil and the compilation of all these lovely ingredients does magic in your mouth. We ordered a large one again tonight for dinner and the best part is that it doesn’t give you the heaviness in your tummy and the guilt in your heart. Love them, going back for sure! :)
