I just moved to the Danbury area and I needed a deli to cater an event I was having at my house. I found West Side deli online and bc if their great reviews, I ordered 2 5 foot hero’s (American and Italian). Not only was it an easy order, we got SO MANY compliments on how good they were!! The bread was incredible, the meats delicious! THANK YOU guys at West Side for making such great food- I look forward to using them again for my next event :)

I hate driving. . . BUT! I would willingly and happily drive up from the Bronx, NYC to enjoy the food here. Luckily, I am contracted nearby and get to enjoy this fantastic menu as often as I please. My only complaint is that I can't bring Westside into my neighborhood so that I wouldn't have to fret my drive. This is the light at the end of the dark tunnel for the food in this 06810 zip code. I am always on a quest to find a great salad. My husband is also always looking for a salad that'll fill him up since he's on the road every day.They're always small or just inadequate. Not at Westside Deli! My husband ran in and got each of us a "Carol Salad" he dropped mine off to me (I work in the area) and he took his to work. Wow! Superb! We'll both be going back...Definitely going to be repeat customers! Great job guys!!! My husband also commented about how nice and friendly everyone is!

Definitely the best pizza on this side of Danbury!!! We have tried every place on Mill Plain Road/Lake Avenue area, and they either mess our order up, the pizza is burnt or just way too greasy. But, we just decided to give West Side Deli’s pizza a try, after they moved down the road — and the pizza was perfect! I’m only giving 4/5 stars, because the wings could have been crispier, but they were still very good, and I’m bias since I’m from Buffalo. Otherwise, the food is pretty great! Would recommend.

Great food! Love the sandwiches - breakfast sandwich and Russian Chicken are so good! Just tried their pizza - it was delicious. The vodka chicken pizza roll was unreal. Been going here for a couple years and it's always great! Also, they are so friendly every time I stop by! Definitely worth a try :)
