Great work from great people! Staff is always friendly and helpful, and they have worked magic on my teeth. Assistants are very knowledgeable and attending to needs, while Dr. Shafik is quick, precise, and light-handed. I also have had a back surgery recently and they always remember how I like my chair and make sure I'm comfortable.
Patient ID and Dental Insurance Card Must Provided to St Mary's family dentistry Prior To the start of the first appointment. Dental insurance is different from Medical Insurance. Many patients aren't familiar with the specifics of their dental insurance benefits. Your dental benefits are based on the agreement your employer negotiated with your insurance carrier.

I had to have 3 fillings at the base of my front teeth filled. By looking, you can't tell there was any work done. The fillings were a perfect match to my natural teeth. The Dr and all of the staff were very kind and compassionate. I tend to be a bit anxious at the Dentists office but at St. Mary's, they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I was also surprised at how low their prices were after the what I have payed in the past. I have to say, St. Mary's is the best Dentist office I have ever been to and I mean that sincerely.

The staff is very friendly. They worked with my insurance company and offered a great plan with affordable visits. I have TMJ and they didn't just say they would take that into account, they actually incorporated that in the plan. I told Dr. Shafik, at my first visit, that I hated what she did for a living. I have had 3 visits now and I honestly don't hat how she does what she does. I had a problem with personal scheduling at my recent visit and the entire staff worked to help me make my next commitment.

The worst dental experience I ever had. Dentist came in and looked at a lump in the back of my throat said that looks bad but idk what it is and walked out with no help on how to go about this. It was a truly traumatizing experience that after another specialist told me it was not anything at all. The hygienist were very nice but I would recommend anyone else but the the dentist I had here.

Excellent dental office. I usually use gas even for cleaning but they're so gentle at St Mary's Family Dental I don't need it! Everyone is friendly, they know my name when I arrive. Dr Shafik is amazing. With my insurance I hardly have a bill. If you're looking for gentle compassionate quality dental care this is the place for you

Dentist does not perform all the work herself. Left dentin exposed and did not level the filling properly. Has many assistants with low experience setting fillings. Had to go somewhere else to have it fixed properly. I have a history of needing the booster for numbing but doubted when I said I felt it.

This is seriously the best dental practice I've ever worked with before. Dr. Shafik and her team are absolutely incredible. I've come here with dental issues before that have made me very nervous and they have walked me through everything and made me feel calm and reassured. They have squeezed me in quickly at the last minute when I've had major concerns and pain. These guys go way above and beyond what I would expect from a dental office and I would highly recommend St. Mary's to everyone.

I used to hate going to the dentist but after finding Dr. Shafik I actually look forward to my appointments!! She always makes me feel so calm and checks with me constantly as she's working to make sure I'm completely comfortable. I've also had some whitening and cosmetic work done and she is truly an artist and takes her time to make sure I am 110% happy. I love love love this practice, the staff, and the amazing Dr. Shafik and I will never go anywhere else!! And by the way, I live 3 hours away so that should really be saying something :)

If you're not going to St. Mary's then you're going to the wrong dentist. Thought of going to a dentist makes you physically sick? Thats how I felt until a few appointments with Dr. Shafik and her staff. You will not find a better or more caring staff. Check them out, especially if you're terrified of the dentist.
