Dr Earp is the BEST dentist I have ever gone to, so I am a long-time, forever patient! He is gentle, kind and so personable. The office staff are helpful and easy to deal with. I do kind of miss the old office, but the new one is nice... I miss seeing his Daddy's chair in there though. So pleased with this practice!

An outstanding dentist, he has ensured both of our boys have grown up with excellent care, sometime tougher than it sounds as our youngest is special needs. There is no one like this man named Scott Earp. I have been going to Dr. Earp for about 20+ years. I had such a fear of dentists and Dr. Earp took my fears away. He is kind, he is gentle, he is moral - he explains everything to you in a kind and caring manner. He is compassionate and our family just think the world of him. His practice has a family atmosphere - they are all just like the man himself. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Earp to you. You will never look at dentistry the same again. :)

Dr. Earp and his team are such a warm and friendly group of people. Dr. Earp is very knowledgeable and even offers more services than most dentists lending himself to be your one stop shop. I had an excellent experience today at Dr. Earp's office. Kristin cleaned my teeth and was gentle, thorough and so friendly!! Dr. Earp took the time to review my chart and my dental history; I am a new patient, so I appreciated the extra time. I will definitely be back for my next cleaning (absolutely requesting Kristin for my next visit too!) and wouldn't hesitate to make an appointment if I needed any restorative work in the future. I went to Dr. Earp on 5/9/19 for a second opinion/consultation after my original dentist told me I had twelve (12!) cavities that needed filling. Dr. Earp took a look and it turns out I only have three. That's saving me 75% on the cost and the pain! He took the time to explain what each spot was and why it did or didn't need work. Also, this consultation was free even without insurance. I'm definitely going to have him do those fillings I do need. Oh yeah and his office has that program where they finance your work for six months interest free if you have trouble footing the bill

I had a dental emergency on a Sunday night. Just moved here, so did not yet have a dentist. Called another dentist whose website said 24/7 availability for emergencies. Well, no one from that office even bothered to call me back. So, I called Dr. Earp's office first thing Monday morning. They got me in that afternoon and set me up with a new crown! His staff was very personable and the dental assistant was great! Dr. Earp was very low key, not pushy at all. Said we could do this or that and let me decide how I wanted the situation to be handled.

I went to him because I had some tenderness in an old crown and he wanted to file the tooth after the one right next to it. I asked, "So what are we gonna do?" He said that it was bumping again the upper tooth. I said but the one you want to file doesn't even hurt. We stopped and said a friendly goodbye. I consulted other top dentists in Raleigh and they all assured me that nothing needed filing or anything. I simply had a trauma from a past accident and in the winter things can get tender a little bit. I was sad ad thankful that I stood up for myself and refused to let him do any
