I attended my nephews wedding rehearsal dinner on October 29th. I found the restaurant to be very cozy with a. Countrylike ambiance.
I ordered the Blackened Salmon which was served with a fresh corn salsa and drizzled with a Poblano Crema sauce.. it was delicious. My nephew ordered the Banana Pepper Stuffed Chicken and said it was outstanding. My niece orders the manicotti . It was a very large manicotti served with a meatball that was very moist and well seasoned. My sister in law had the house specialty Chicken Pot Pie it had large chunks of chicken with vegetables and gravy and topped with

We recently celebrated my Mother's 91st birthday at the Inn. They sat us right in front of the fireplace. The owner Melissa and her staff were absolutely fantastic!! Seated in front of the fireplace was special for my Mother because that is where my parents would sit when they came on date nights back in the 50's while they were dating. The food was excellent!! Our server was delightful!! I cannot thank Melissa and her team enough for making my Mother's night so special. We will be back for sure.

I went with a friend to celebrate her birthday. The setting was nice and it looks like the current owner is trying to bring it back to it's original elegance. My friend had the chicken pot pie which was loaded with chicken, etc. She said it was very good. Unfortunately, I had the $30 stuffed chicken breast. It was the smallest I can ever remember being served- much smaller. That would not have bothered me so much if it had been tasty - it wasn't. The server seemed unconcerned when I brought it to her attention. This might have been a$10 meal, not a $30 meal.

We had reservations for a party of four for Saturday night October 2nd. Reservations were made almost 4 weeks in advance due to being closed all the Saturdays in between for private parties. After the long wait, we were disappointed withour experience. Past visit was very good, unfortunately this one was not. I checked the menu online and found the Macadamia nut glaze sea bass entree. I had this previously and looked forward to ordering it again. Upon reviewing the menu on site, that particular entree was no longer offered. The online and in person menus were different. I asked the server

I am always impressed with this place. My wife and I went there for our first anniversary and returned again for our 21st. Fantastic food, service and ambiance. A must try for anyone who is looking for an “out of the way” gem. Try to get a seat facing the pond. Great view of the surrounding area. The beef on wreck wontons were awesome. Beer and wine selections were nice and our server was very accommodating.

I have always loved this restaurant. One of my favorites. We went there 2 weeks ago and was disappointed. It appeared very run down. No white linen tablecloth, no clean crystal glassware. I could deal with a limited menu but every dish should be outstanding. I had the pot pie and found it very dry. My partner had the turkey and we had to ask for additional gravy. It will be a long time before I go here again.

My wife and I go here once a year. On Valentine's day. We started going here back when we were dating as a Valentine's day date night. We now have been together for 14 years and keep coming back here every year. We don't do it just to keep the tradition alive, but this place is very unique. The food is exquisite, the staff is fun and pleasant, and you need those eggplant buffalo wings in your life! Prime rib, filet, crab cakes, salmon, lobster tails, famous pot pie, I could go on. They have weddings here during the summer when the landscape is gorgeously done, yet you can sit at the bar in your

We make it a point to go there 1x or 2x a year. This evening I had the Sea Bass again. It was exceptionally good. My guy had his favorite, tomahawk pork chop. Of course, he brought some home. We had patio dining which will probably last only a couple more weeks. Service was excellent as usual by everyone there and our favorite, Judy, is always outstanding.

We had a delicious take-out dinner for New Year's Eve. The food arrived home warm and was packaged well. Our dinners were delicious and came with baby red mashed potatoes and delicious butternut squash. The house salad dressing is wonderful. We have ordered before and it has been just as good. They bring the food to your car when you call to let them know you are there. We will be ordering again soon.

I have always loved this restaurant but not today our waitress was very nice and if my husband had not fallen ill I would have let them know my dinner was not worth coming out for. I felt safe everyone was spaced very nice, this was our first dinner out since covid. I had the special which was surf and turf so sad had a rubbery lobster tail and my filet had a weird flavor wish I had more glaze to cover the taste. It came with summer squash and roasted sweet potatoes sounds good but the sweet potatoes were roasted to death hard no potato left in them. Maybe a 7:30 dinner is not a good time to eat

This was the first time we had a bad experience here. It started with 2 tiny pieces of stale bread and I joked and said I hope this isn't what our food will be like, well it was I got the special Surf and Turf a rubber tail and filet was cooked just the way I liked but had a weird flavor and not enough glaze to cover the taste. The sides was summer squash and roasted sweet potatoes sound good but they killed the sweet potatoes they were cooked till hard and dried out. I always like the atmosphere and their music choice but I will have to look around for someplace that is like they use to be! I

My wife and I decided to stop at this iconic restaurant in East Aurora NY. The Covid situation eliminated indoor dining, however they had outdoor dining available as well as special "tents" set up randomly on their grounds. The location overlooks a pond and is also shaded by large trees and greenery. The setting was beautiful and picturesque. We did not have a reservation, however, the hostess was able to accommodate us which we appreciated. The wait staff was wonderful and helpful. The reason I gave this visit three stars had to do with a tall young man, maybe 17 or 18 years old who

We've been ordering take-out from the Old Orchard since the shutdown for Covid-19 started. The food each time has been delicious, well packed, and the transactions are flawless. Paid via credit card over the phone...we pick a time, call when we arrive. An employee brings the food down the walkway, places it on a table, and we wait (as instructed) to retrieve it until the employee is headed back inside. No contact whatsoever. The same wonderful food we've come to expect when dining in, and great attention paid to everyone's safety.

Came again 3/14/20 as a few work friends wanted to do a last hangout before COVID-19 got even more serious.
Food and service were top notch again. The included sides this time were stellar and almost makes me want to bump the rating up to 5 stars. The mashed potatoes had a horseradish mix in it that we all really enjoyed.
Everyone was very happy with their meals and if they up their game a touch more, may definitely consider a 5th star. That being said, their very popular Chicken pot pie has been underwhelming. My friend is the 4th person in the last two outings to have it and it was the

This was a really wonderful experience and not the kind of place I typically go to either. The place itself is just awesome, set back from the road on a very pretty property in what used to be a hunting lodge I believe. The interior is homey and sort of dark and I loved it. The bathrooms are TINY so larger people beware you could get stuck lol. The service and food were outstanding and I was really glad we came here. I ordered their famous chicken pot pie which was kind of interesting served in a french onion crock with a layer of pastry on top. It was very tasty although a bit on the dry side

This was such a quaint restaurant! I called to ask if we needed reservations and they said they recommended them. We made reservations for a half hour later. It was very busy and it was a Sunday night! The service was outstanding! Our waiter was informative and attentive. The food was delicious. We started with homemade bread that was wonderful. Every entree comes with soup or a salad. I had the French Onion soup (still cannot believe it was included with my meal). The manicotti was good, as was my husband's pot pie. All meals come with family style side dishes. Today it was butternut squash, mashed

All I can say is wow! I haven't been here for several years, kinda forgot about it but so glad someone mentioned it to me and we decided to go. The service was excellent, friendly and efficient. There were many choices but I went with the Sunday special turkey dinner. I started with a salad with the house dressing, loved it! The turkey was plentiful and came with stuffing, orange cranberry relish accompanied by bowls of mashed potato, butternut squash and beets. Now I am a big fan of my family's turkey dinner and don't usually care for it at a restaurant but this was an exception

I got married here this past Saturday and it was a dream come true! I knew I wanted a small, intimate venue for my wedding, so if that's what you want as well for your big day, I highly suggest this beautiful little place. Even if you just want a nice family party or anniversary dinner, this is the spot!
The grounds are gorgeous and pristine. Even though my wedding was entirely inside, you could still see from the windows what a beautiful setting it is. There's a pretty pond that's currently iced over and well lit areas strewn with white lights. I wish we had gotten photos outside

Always enjoy a visit to OOI during warmer months to dine on their patio but this Holiday time it was to enjoy the cozy inside. No app's were ordered, just a Smith Cab while deciding on an entree and put our sights on dessert while taking in the atmosphere of this 'cottage-like' inn and the fireplace. Manicotti w/ Meatball (a sort of tradition for my Christmas meal for the past couple decades) and Twin Lobster Tails were ordered along with a 1/2 bottle of a Beaujolais. Entrees came surprisingly fast considering the volume of patrons and all were VG!

What a perfect getaway for dinner. This place is so incredibly quaint all tucked away sitting right on a pond (which makes for beautiful pictures)
Started with the Brie Appetizer; warm Brie with a cranberry jam. For dinner the Filet with shrimp and then a Steak sandwich.
Every bite got better and better. Especially the Brie.. i could have eaten that for my meal. They do a family style for sides, or too crazy about that i think they should just pair their dishes with a specific side, but that's just me.
Overall the coziness of the restaurant and the location is what won over my heart the
