I've lived here for 3 years and I've been super happy here. We recently had our washer break and the maintenance team was wonderful getting it replaced. They also got it replaced a lot quicker than we expected. Both maintenance and the front office staff are super friendly. Highly recommend this apartment community.
Update: December 2021
Our dryer broke but the maintenance man came the day after I did the work order and not only fixed the dryer but also cleaned out the lint exhaust, which made me feel a lot safer. I think his name was Brandon. He's always so nice!

I have been here 2 years & Megan, Jennifer are the nicest apartment managers. Anything that needs to get done you just let them know and they are on it.
And Brandon and the maintenance team here is a 10 out of 10. I needed my refrigerator fixed and icemaker. And my toilet fixed. In my sink fixed. And I needed my shower and tub resurfaced. And they showed up the next day and now I have a brand new shower and tub. And the day before they clean my carpets. ❤️❤️ Thank you to the staff and maintenance at villas Bailey Ranch

Super friendly and great community. I would recommend Bailey Ranch Apartments to anyone looking for an apartment in Owasso. The manager is great and very professional and her team is excellent which is hard to find in apartments. The maintenance staff is always fast to resolve any issues and they go above and beyond to make their residents happy. 5-stars well deserved

My apartment was flooded multiple times by this complex. Hot water heater put in upstairs flooded my 1st floor apartment. Windows leaked horribly, never fixed. Hot water heater caught fire, and no one came till next day. Paid for new blinds, completely overpriced and didn’t come for months. When I moved out they said carpet needed replaced, blamed cat. I’m pretty sure multiple floods also attributed to it, but they took no responsibility for that. Said I was responsible for all, really guys do better.

I'll have lived here for 2 years in November 2021 it's been a great place. The apartments are clean, nice, with good appliances. The staff are nice and helpful and maintence is very quick to respond to queries. The only complaint I have is that in my 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment The lighting is set up oddly. I have a kitchen light which is great, and two bathroom lights. The problem lies in my bedroom in which I have a light switch but no ceiling lights other than in the closet. In the living room as well their are some swivel ceiling lights that work decently but it's not a full array.

The customer friendly, professional, down to earth office staff team of Meghan, Courtney, and Jennifer have really made my stay a pleasant at the Villas of Bailey Ranch a pleasant stay. I have been here for a couple years now and just realized it. I guess time really flies when you are having fun. And I have not had an issue that the ladies in the front office and maintenance team couldn't handle. I will always recommend anyone who is looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable
