Really not a good place to stay at, last option for me was this place. Mice running around outside of apartments and inside I’ve caught about more than 20 in less than a year. Roach infested as well. My apartment was inspected and needed work the did the paperwork no one ever showed up to fix any of it. Paperwork is forged with different dates. Maintenance guy down stairs always fighting with wife and crying banging on windows outside. If I could post the video of it I would. Landon is his name and complained about my 3month old baby because he cries to much. Lady friend always high on something

These apartments are Trash my sister lives there and is trying to move right now because she has no a/c. She went the whole winter with no heat. She has put in several work orders and she still has no air. Her freezer isn't working properly and her stove doesn't work unless she use a lighter. The property is very nasty with a very bad bug and rat problem

I came to visit my grandmother here for the holidays. Stayed here for about 2 weeks with her. Cute and cozy place. Neighbors are nice and the area is quiet. The management and maintenance team seems to be working hard to upgrade the complex and units. Bradford Apartments is closely located to a few shopping centers which makes it easy for my grandma to get groceries. Donna, the property manager, is always ears and makes sure all concerns are addressed. If my grams loves it here, then I love it here as well. There doesn't seem to be a lot of vacant units so if you can get a hand on one, then

I've been here for a year & while no place is crime free or perfect, I have no complaints about maintenance or management's professionalism. Maintenance has always responded quickly & management has always been friendly and professional. My only complaint is when I get letters about the front of the apartment looking trashy & I have been the only one who cleans it up. I'm not even the one trashing it. Otherwise it is a great place to live if you treat everyone with respect.

Lived here almost 2 years. Was robbed twice in less than 6 months apart. You know what management and tpd did? Nothing! The best part is, the ones that robbed my apartment lived in the apartment complex. Bed bugs, roaches, mice, I went without a hot water tank for 8 months I lived there. I told them at least twice a week it was broke they said they'd have someone come fix it. Nobody ever showed up to fix it. Kids outside are bad and unattended if by chance a parent is outside they antagonize fights between little kids. They let just anyone move into those apartments. Cops are always out there but
