I will never live in these apartments again and I recommend NOBODY ELSE DOES EITHER Maintenance in GARBAGE the buildings are 100 years old and falling apart. The office people are LAZY AND UNFIT FOR THE JOB. They’re closed on wednesdays WHY?? when there is too much to do and fix and help around this community to be closed on a week day AT ALL. They are NO HELP to there tenants and and DO NOT CARE about the well being of them or their children. It’s 0 out of 5 stars for me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to thank the staff edenwood Apartments helpful people and I appreciate it. Not a cramped small apartment and the staff have often times went above and beyond what they should do as employees and I even got a jump-start from some of the employees here, thanks Joe! I really appreciate your help!

I recently moved into these apartments. I was in apartment 2157C a roach infested(big roaches and baby roaches crawling all on the walls, out ceiling fan and on my belongings, furniture, coming out the ceiling and had rat in the apartment). Floors where told shampooed but they had dirt spots and drizzled paint on floor, and burnt cigarette holes in the floor. As well front closet in front room and hole in the closet wall. Some of the staff was unprofessional and they refused to give me my deposit back as well manager there was rude to me when told her reason return keys she replied" Your gonna

Not a resident but one of my children are. Visiting today I was accosted by a "manager", screamed at and threatened to be banned from the property for the offence of pulling in front of building to assist my daughter with carrying newborn twins and their misc gear and backing up when I was asked to leave the front of the building, (accidentally) into a handicap spot with no placard. Manager made no attempt at civility even though I apologized and stated it was an accident.

The complex looks decent on the outside but does anyone know what the inside of the apartments look like? Does anyone have pictures? My friend will be moving in soon but has no clue what to expect. Even a brief description would be helpful. Thanks!
(Edit: I think I should add that she has called the office many times to get a tour but you guys never had any apartments ready to show. So, if someone has pictures, post them please!!)
