Chris is MU's Managing Partner. He has been an immigration attorney since graduating from the University of Cincinnati's College of Law in 1998. He specializes in immigration for the healthcare, information technology, staffing, relocation, engineering, and financial industries. His client-base is wide-ranging and includes the largest healthcare companies in the US, as well as entrepreneurial-driven start-up ventures.
A native of Cincinnati, Rita has been a business immigration paralegal since 1999, specializing in business and IT matters, such as H-1B, L-1, and PERM cases. She is a senior paralegal and often trains new paralegals. Rita holds an Associate's degree in Computer Applications. Jenna is a business immigration paralegal whose work is concentrated on healthcare immigration matters.
IT Workers are eligible for H-1B status if the position requires at least a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent. H-1B status provides temporary employment authorization in the United States for individuals from any country for any specialty occupation. It is still like a dream to me that my I-140 was filed in April,01,2021, my I- 485 ,I-131 and I-765 were filed in July 22, 2021.I received my I-131 and I-765 combo card in November I5, 2021.
