Matthew J. Mayrand has been working with homeowner associations, property owners, and tenants for over fifteen years. Through his training, and direct management, and real estate brokerage experience he is a leading expert in Central Massachusetts. Mr. Mayrand has been involved in more than $100 million dollars in real estate transactions.
A well-run Homeowners' Association or Condominium Association should appear seamless to the residents. If all the residents are happy and the property is in excellent condition, we have done our job. Very unprofessional and rude, extremely unhelpful and dishonest. Dubious business practices and a constant aggressive and accusatory tone. Attempts to extract money from you any way possible. I definitely cannot recommend using them. Other reviews of this company are by people working at this company, which in of itself is pathetic and dishonest. The fact that the company responds to the negative reviews by trying to discredit and attack the reviewer should be enough of an indication to avoid this company.

Extremely unprofessional. 19 units MPM was contracted to manage starting Nov 1, 2019. I had to fire them by February 2020. I emailed mid December asking where the rent was for my units as I had 3 tenants reach out to me to figure out who was collecting rent and I got an email back stating “we started with you December 1”. See Yelp review for photo evidence.
We had signed contracts on Sept 27 for a Nov 1 start date and emailed back and forth dozens of times over that period! I had two vacancies at the time that were not posted until December/January resulting in thousands lost. Then another

I am a unit owner and a trustee of a condo complex. I cannot honestly thank Cheryl and her team at May property management enough for taking on our complex and making things in community the way they should have been. They really care of making the community safe and making shore everything is in order I highly recommend there service.

Avoid at all costs! They have over charged and or falsely charged our HOA by almost $20K and depleted our reserves to $0. They paid themselves bogus charges in addition to their management fee's before they paid legitimate and critical bills such as insurance and electricity. This resulted in a gap in insurance coverage and we were only 2 weeks away from National Grid coming to turn off the power to the buildings..... They would charge $80 to answer a simple email and or phone calls, they didn't perform mandatory state and local inspections, didn't file taxes, provided little to no details on service

We hired MPM in the middle of a mold crisis that was caused from previous management ignoring water leaks. This would be a nightmare for any new management - to not only take on a new property, but to also deal with a major crisis at the same time. Cheryl took on the task head-on and even agreed to start working with us immediately to quickly mitigate and repair the damages.
Cheryl is capable of working with numerous and diverse personalities. She is a type A manager that operates without bias and respect
