Services
A dedicated, experienced property manager will manage all facets of the property, and serve as the primary point-of-contact for all matters relating to the property. Your property manager will attend all meetings including Trustee meetings, budget meeting and the Annual Unit Owner's meeting. Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Would you like to know the sale price history from your community and what your unit may be worth?. Would you like a referral to an affiliated broker who is familiar with your property and already has all paperwork for your property (condo documents, budget, minutes, etc.)?. If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, it is time to spend 5 minutes speaking with Bruce.
As an attorney at a firm that represents almost 3000 condo associations, I deal with many property managers on a daily basis. Michael has always exemplified a property manager who knows how to get the job done when any legal issue arises. He is always on top of the collection issues and makes sure that the association takes the appropriate legal action to ensure that the association recovers their condo fees in a timely manner.

I have worked with Northborough property for approximately 10 years. They have always gone out of their way to solve any problems. The maintenance crew is knowledgeable on how to repair and maintain the property. The office personnel are friendly and professional. Can’t say enough about all of them but I am glad they are our management company

Our condo property has had NPM as our property management company for several years. As an owner, I have worked with NPM and I can confirm they are responsive in a timely manner to any of my concerns. As a trustee, my experience has been that NPM facilitates financially good decisions and guidance to the trustees. Susan Renaud, the property manager, works to collect several bids from multiple vendors so the trustees can make the best decisions in regards to both cost and standard of work considered. As a trustee of our building, I have been working with NPM for many years. It has been a great experience for us. Michael is great. Easy to communicate, and always try to negotiate for us on many projects, like roof replacement, parking renovation, snow removal, etc. I high recommend working with them, if you are considering a professional property management team.

I was a member of the Northborough Property Management condo board for many years as well as a condo owner at one of their properties. NPM continuously provided professional and responsive assistance when running our property. NPM respected the board members decisions and were immediately responsive to emergencies at the site. NPM worked well with both owners and tenants. They have acquired extensive resources of companies to call on. This is a great group of people to work with. Highly recommend!

For thirty years we were self managed with a full time employee so I was a little hesitant of the change. I very quickly found that it was a wonderful decision to go with Northborough Property Management and in 7 years we have not regretted our decision once. They are extremely professional but with a warmth that is hard to find in management companies. I am one of the trustees of a townhouse condominium group in Northborough, MA. Throughout the years we have gone from self-managed to professional property management by others. We have seen the bad and good as well!
I will tell you that NPM has been available 24/7 to unit owners or trustees if need be and further, they have been very responsive to all of our needs.
One thing that is important to know is that NPM (or any “good” management company really) should be taking direction from the trustees that were elected to represent all of the unit owners. Obviously the condo docs govern a lot
