I called with a problem. Other companies were coming out and give us a quote. But no one returned our calls when it was time to hire. We got in touch with Mint Black and received a price that we were happy with. We set up an install date, and they came. We didn’t even have to be home. We had a small issue with a rain diverter and they came the following day to fix it. We would recommend this company to anyone.

I rented a 3bd apartment in Leicester for 1yr with MintBlack. Beautiful area, the apartment was all I could have ever hoped for in my time of need.
The landlord was very fair and ALWAYS came when I needed. I definitely would rent again from this place.

Our experience with MintBlack was excellent. Gige provided calm guidance through the planning of our project and took great pride in the work. He offered to fix any issues that may have arisen (but there were none). Our kitchen ceiling and light fixtures look fantastic. It was a pleasure working with MintBlack.

MintBlack guys did an amazing job. Installed everything that had to be installed in less than 20 minutes something that would have probably taken me an hour or 2 to install. I will highly recommend them. Such great people and great workers. They explained everything they were doing and why they did it. I appreciate the work you did for me guys. My entire family loved it. I was a tenant of MintBlack properties in Leicester, Massachusetts for the past year and was extremely pleased with my tenancy there. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful and the management responded immediately to any problem that arose (granted there were rarely any to be had). I would most certainly rent from any property managed by MintBlack again in the future and recommend same without reservation!

I highly recommend MintBlack for any home improvement project. They were very professional and did the job as if it was for themselves. It was obvious they take great pride in their work and customer satisfaction is a top priority. During the job, the owner Ghassan, constantly asked me if I liked what I see and if there was anything I wanted done differently. I’ve had other companies do work for me and none can compare. If an imperfection was noticed it was corrected without hesitation or excuses. My experience with MintBlack was excellent.
