I just hired 7 Hills to manage my 4 unit property. They answered me immediately when I asked to get information on what they covered in managing a property. I hired them and they took care of all the new leases, collect the rent and deposit into my account without me having to worry about it. They found a new tenant for the apt that I vacated when I moved to my new home. They did excellent screening and contacted me with info throughout the process. 7 Hills has been managing our small condo association for several years now with great results. They have an easy to portal that you can use to post payments to your account and view activity. The maintenance services are great and they are always quick to respond in case of an unexpected need. Anne is particularly great, I have had several dealings with her over the years and she is always extremely helpful and accommodating.
