I have worked with Nathan at Sound Mind Home Inspections on several different occasions. He is always early. He has great availability, including last minute appointments. Nathan was recommended to me by a selling agent when a home I put an offer on off Hwy 2 stipulated the inspection had to be completed within 5 days of going mutual. He and Janelle were both SO responsive and were able to accommodate our appointment on relatively short notice. I totally screwed up how long it would take me to get to the property, arriving 40 mins late, but both Janelle and Nathan were so friendly about it and began the exterior inspection while we finished the drive.

Nathan has done a couple of home inspections for me as well as follow-ups with third party contractors and agents. His work has been very thorough and I feel better knowing he has looked at everything. He takes time to answer my questions and explain his concern when he finds anything. We used Nathan for the inspection and final walk through of our first home. He was very thorough and experienced and caught an issue that ended up saving us a lot of money had it been overlooked.
